I decided to stop playing admin for awhile and go back to my hobby: customizing. The SS Gohan is for Dark Gohan, and I'm basically repainting the entire head and making it fit the neck better. Chaozu is I guess my Buu Saga "fan outfit". It isn't accurate to Buu Saga but it's like a combo of it and Trunks Saga. To be Buu Saga completely I'd have to go back, put a belt over his outfit, do different sleeves, etc. Just not worth it. He's going to look just as "Chaozu" as any other outfit as is I think. I decided that he needs to be my worried Chaozu. Saiyan saga one will be whatever, Frieza saga happy. The Cell Saga Chaozu is just there for reference. Shuu is coming along, not much to say about him.  |

I love how you did the fine details on chaozu, espacailly on his shirt. shu looks great too!

Shuu's head is from scratch but Chaozu's head is a cp Krillin one I shaved the details off of.
I ended up sculpting him a sash anyway this morning and did some work on Brown's SSG Goku.
Adam stfu about the hat I heard you the first time and I like it the way it is! lol

 Shaved the original bangs off with my x-acto knife, sanded the forehead to a nice glossy sheen, and started the sculpt of the replacements. Apoxie Clay sure is good for structural stuff, but I'm going to have to use some Apoxie Sculpt to fill in some stuff and get a more correct finish/ angles/ whatever you'd like to call it. |

Who was this for again? Brown? Either way they're gonna end up very pleased as far as I can tell. Great job on the hair sculpt!

It's a job for DG, so maybe he isn't gonna make it to scale. He said he was just going to paint the head and make it fit better on the neck.

DG doesn't care about scale as much and sent me a jakks Gohan with broken neck peg he wanted swapped onto the Vegeta body. All I'm really doing is engineering the head to fit the neck tightly, and repainting the hair and skin. I'm having to do some extra work because there was a drop of water inside the head where the neck peg inserts left over from boiling the head to stick it on the peg. Water and super glue do mix, but the results are crusty white junk. I had the figure laying down on my table after doing the glue tightening method, in which the white crusty stuff was immediate, and more water ran out of the head getting it on the hair. That's why I'm having to sand and repaint extra stuff, all because of a drop of water or two. I was going to have to do the skin because it's ugly, but the hair I don't think was a requirement back when I started him.

Yeah, I didn't have enough clay mixed up to finish that bang or do the one to the left of it at all.
