People may be bitching about the recent Vegeta, but unlike all other recent SCultures, he actually has shading. We haven't seen shading on SCultures since SCultures 2.
EDIT: I forgot the (sh*tty) shading on the SC4 Boo, but that's beside the point. And... hang me if you will, but I think his coloration looks better than the ROS. His hair might be a bit dark, but he doesn't have that cheap, shiny gleam to him that the ROS has.

Tenshinhan has been shafted once again. I'm done with this goddamn line.

I really don't mind the Vegeta to be honest. It actually looks a lot like him from the manga. I actually like the fact that they made wrinkles around his junk because it looks weird without it imo. Almost every other Vegeta figure I've seen makes his pelvis too long.
Can anyone do a side-by-side of him and ROS?

I love these but am having trouble finding them from the states. Outside of eBay, does anyone know where I can find these without having to go through some kind of shipping service like FROMJAPAN? Release in North America is about 2-3 months after the Japanese release. It sucks, but you can just wait and find them from sellers in the US. The only major retailer of these that I'm aware of in the US is Barnes and Nobel. You might be able to special order them if a local one of yours doesn't have them in stock. I'm lucky enough to have a figure shop near me, but their prices are higher than I can get from Japanese sellers, which is why I don't usually buy from them.

I'm thinking that "Resolution of Soldiers" is an exclusively hero characters line. The title suggests it.
It's complete speculation of course, but they could come up with a partner line for just villains.

I won a MSP DB Super Base Goku from a Chinese seller for a measely $10 Shipped on Ebay. Said it was "Japan Import, 100% original"... We'll see.
Wouldn't really bother me if it wasn't authentic. I plan on customizing it anyway.

Why isn't he super Saiyan? Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan are all Super Saiyan. Trunks might look a little out of place beside them. Was thinking the same thing. Also how do you have all of this info about the sculptors behind these figures? I'm just that good... Just kidding. A lot of these figures have the info on the boxes... which no one seems to care to look at. They only care about the figures themselves. I actually view it as a piece of art. Like a painting, I like to know who did it. Also, myfigurecollection.net has a plethora of different search functions for different information on figures. If you go to a page of a figure that has the sculptor listed, you can run your mouse over the name, and click "search+" when it pops up. You go to a result page that shows thumbnails of all the figures where the sculptor is listed as the artist. That's where I get most of my info from. With this info, you can then study these artists' styles and sometimes recognize their pieces before they're even officially released.

Hi, i'm new to collecting figures and just bought my first two original (I think?) figures. I bought the Goku king of coloring from a seller with good reputation and official webpage and the vegetto from a regular seller. Is it normal if the vegetto is really tan compared to Goku, he didnt have any stand like Goku so he falls very easy, Goku's box was actually better quality but both have the toei sticker and some serial code on the upper lid. So before guarantee ends how do I check vegetto's autenticity? thanks If Vegetto's eyes look "wonky", there's a good chance he's a bootleg, but from what you've described, he seems legit. The real Vegetto does not come with a foot stand. If he's got a sticker, and a serial number on the inside of the box, then he's legit. The ones from this line that don't have foot stands are SSj Vegeta, Vegetto, SSjBlue Goku, DB Super base Goku, SSj Blue Vegeta, and Freeza (who has a tail support in place of a foot stand). All the others in the line have foot stands. As for the color, the coloration in this line was not consistent at all. All the Super Saiyans have different shades of hair. The SSjBlue Goku for example looks like he's from Mexico because his skin is super tan. The original Gohan's face is a completely different shade than the rest of his skin, and so forth. These figures are amazing in sculpt and size, but the paint jobs on them are garbage. The exceptions of course are Manga Dimensions and all the variants of SSj Goku after the original one.

Whoever is doing the sculpts of this line is a truly master. I hope they don't change the style, all of them look amazing so far. They really need to do some enemies too, just imagine the androids, Perfect Cell or any other iconic villain with this insane level.. Makoto Yokoshi I think his name is. To be perfectly honest, I'm really thinking he also goes by the name INORI because these face sculpts look so much like the Figuarts ZERO sculpts (especially the Goku), and that artist did the Figuarts ZERO line. Either that or INORI is a code-name for a group of sculptors. Sometimes they have several different sculptors working on a single piece.

Watch it be another random character like Kami or someone.
I'd be sold. I'm sick of the general "run of the mill" characters. However, all of these seem like Cell Arc characters. For all we know, it could be Android 16.

Hey, whats a goods price to pay for the SS Goku? I see it on Amazon for 35-38 shipped If it's new, you're not going to find him for much cheaper than that. I bought mine for $20 shipped, but he was used. I've seen most listings for him at $45+
