That information above, and pictures from Toy Fair 2002 imply to me that the DB Series 3 that was supposed to have Ox King, Jackie Chun, and others were canceled because they decided they needed to change scale, and those figures were made enormous just like the other IF Labs DB figures.
On here, it was listed that series 3 would be Ox King, Jackie Chun, and Krillin.
