Perfect head for Kid Goku. I'll let the little blue mark on his belt slide, but next time, cover that shiz! Lol I also especially like that you didn't mind putting a bigger head on him; as Goku, Krillin, and Oolong all have big heads in early DB. In fact, the results have even inspired me to put my CP Kid Chi Chi head on her BA body....I might even do it before you get yours,  because her head is actually too small. Your head swap and repaint have gotten more responses than my 22 hour Yardrat Goku...  |

Branjita I just wanted to say awesome work! I haven't commented before because quite simply there is so much!!! ive been meaning to leave a comment on here but you have so many pages to look through and theres so many different figures its a bit overwhelming! theres a lot of work here! from chopping and swapping to minor jobs and even though some of the things done are seemingly minor they needed doing ! and as you can tell from my thread im of a similar mind so I appreciate what you do.  |

Saiyan Saga Goku... the fight vs. RaditzDifficulty: 8/10 How to make: I consider this one of my best customs and surprisingly one of the the more difficult. I used the legs from the Jakks version of this barefoot Goku, the torso and upper arms from End of DBZ Goku, the forearms from a random Jakks Goku with matching skintone, and the head from a bootleg DWC Angel Goku. Let's go from top to bottom... I resculpted the mouth, eyebrows, and eyes to be angry/scared. I engineered the head to fit on the Jakks neck peg. The torso I resculpted the shirt to not be battle damaged. The forearms I sanded much thinner at the wrists as per Marvelous Mark's great recommendation. The belt was battle damaged and I resculpted it. The pant legs were battle damaged and I went through what ended up being a more difficult ordeal than I anticipated to fix those (it wouldn't have been so difficult if Jakks didn't make his flesh part of the knee). He retains all of his articulation except he can't move his legs far forward because the belt is not flexible anymore. I repainted the entire figure (multiple times due to clearcoat making my colors run). And I finished it off with some of the stickers I designed. I don't time myself when I work on customs, because then it feels like work and I tend to work on more than one figure at a time, but I surely have over 20 hours in this. You might remember the dead one being very glossy. I discovered that just painting flat clear on top will reduce that a ton. Repainting the entire figure isn't necessary. This new one is a little taller than most of my Gokus, but I don't really care. I like the proportions and the amount of work to reduce his arms and legs would add eight hours easily, and then his head would end up looking too big.  MA-KAN-KO-SAP-PO!  I based this on my memory of that key scene where Goku and Piccolo are posed funny, and I think Raditz rushes right between them and elbows them both in the back.

You son of a biscuit! He's freakin perfect. Even the 1/8 of an extra inch of height and 1/10 of an inch of extra arm length don't really bother me much. Beats mine by a ton. The face is the iconic "my brother is stronger than me" look and the arthritis hands actually work on him. You even placed the symbol on correctly this time lol Ugh the jealousy  I'm salivating over this one. Pack him up with Goz and Mez. |

Gee, better than I ever expected! Looks amazing, overall. Even the usually ugly hands turned out great! How do you resculpt faces? I've tried and fail every time.

Never liked that head and I was always tempted to say you should swap it. didn't see much point, it always seemed too late or I figured you didn't have any other heads in mind. now...wow...it looks completely different. Very nice
