I never could get into Inuyasha. It was always "Dragon Ball Z for girls" to me (no offense to anyone). But Ruroni Kenshin, now that's another matter! Ruroni Kenshin is amazing

I couldn't get into Kenshin because all of the characters look homoerotic/yaoi to me. Inuyasha though... I love it, it's really great other than his name being said by Kagome at least 40 times per episode.

yeah takeshi is really big love triangles for some reason. romance aside, inuyasha is actually got good story and action.
and as far as kenshin goes, yeah they seem girly in appearance but its 90% action and awesomeness. the 10% is spent on romance and talking too much about the background of the character or an attack.
bottom line, im liking both =)

This is basically the entire series, just add in some filler and loss of jewel shards and you're good. Lol I do like both shows though but they both suffer form the same issue of too much filler (Inuyasha moreso). Kenshin is a great show though, you really should watch it if you can get past his looks cause the man is badass.

I just started watching ranma 1/2 and I love it lol. Although I hate the guy ranma voice. Another thing I hate is that ranma and akane(?) never get together! Just like bleach, inuyasha, or naruto.

Lol I'm watching The original Dragonaball. On episode 14 or so. There's only the Funi dub of it, right? I watched all 291 (or some) episodes of the Funimation Dragonball Z dub (with Japanese soundtrack) about six months ago. Never watched it as a kid. Thought it was about damn time I caught up on mu childhood! I've watched a few episodes of Kai here and there and watched some clips on YouTube. Skimmed through GT and have watched all the movies but Lord Slug and... The one Turles is in.

I am currently watching GT for the first time since 1998 (subbed of course). Back then we only had fan sub VHS's of about the first 25 episodes, so much of it is new to me. Can't say I hate it but there's definitely been a lot that I've rolled my eyes at, namely the first dozen episodes or so. Overall I'm enjoying it for what it is though... I've never considered it canon per se, since it's not based directly off the mans plan for the story, so I'm just thinking of it the way I think of the movies... As sort of alternate timeline/dimension adventures.

The Funimation dub of DB is so, so, so good. I think there's another dub for the first few episodes, but I don't know what it's called. One of them (can't remember which) edited out the perverse things between Goku and Bulma from the first 2 or 3 episodes. Things like Bulma's butt cheeks while flashing Roshi, peeing down her legs when she's on the cliff, and the famous patting scene looking for balls... Cap, the first few episodes of DBGT are hard to watch in ANY language. It's a miserable time, but hang in there, because eventually GT episodes improve to being just slightly worse than the very worst episode of DBZ . Pretty sure the first episode that doesn't completely suck is the one where Goten is on a date with Valese.

If you get the chance you have to watch Dragon Ball Path to Power. It is a great movie that summarises the start of Dragon Ball so well and I feel it adds to the experience. And I will always love GT
