Sure, shiffty lol There is no such movie jk Now I know where you spend your time instead of customizing. Those DB figures are looking good, Bran. Nice to see that DWC Roshi get some use.

The body of Roshi is the DWC Roshi. I cut him in half, put a piece of masking tape over the front of him, and used a bunch of hot glue to fill the gap. The legs and arms are from an X-men Nightcrawler figure. It's the only scrap fodder I had with skinny legs and arms.
I haven't used Plastidip, but tons of car guys use it to spray paint their wheels black or white because it's temporary, lasts for a few months, and gives a nice looking matte finish. It's made for adding soft rubber grips to tools. Don't know if it would work for anything or not.

U got me Adam although that movie isnt to far from a porno after just the first min of mindless side tit shots and bare ass in front of the camera along with the use of the f word way to much I was like no thanks. U can see n the pic which I stole off of figure realm that this guy is showing how to make the crazy alive looking stringy things that u see on carnage. He says after u dip the tie strings in the rubber they can still be posed but Idk if my idea would work I guess I might just have to buy a can and see. I wonder if 1andonly has used this stuff before.

The problem is, I don't think you can sculpt the stuff Shiffty. Like, if you wanted to make Shenron by using the flexible thing on some lamps , even with a bunch of layers, you might still only end up with a hotdog that bends. When you carve flexible stuff like that, it just makes tears usually. Structural flaws. And I am sure that stuff is very liquid-like. I don't think it is thick. It's just like dipping your figure in paint or spraying paint. That's what worries me. If you can't sculpt it, then I don't see it having much of a purpose. Perhaps you could use silicone caulk and carve it, but I don't know. Silicone isn't good to handle with your bare hands, and gives off toxic fumes before it is cured. Don't handle it with your bare hands if you do try it. I forgot what it is called, but you will build up silica or whatever in your blood stream and your body can't get it out, so you will develop an allergy to it any time you come into contact, and it lasts the rest of your life I think. Supposedly the same is true of epoxy putties, which is why I stopped sculpting without gloves on around a year ago.

Dang Bran, Gohan looks like a freakin BAMF! So awesome, now. Hair looks great and proportional. How'd you make the spikes look so nice? Like curve just perfectly and better yet, how'd you sand in between them? He's gonna look perfect. Both Gokus are cool, I really like the usage of the Giochi Goku head. Krillin is still too early to know for sure, but I'm pretty positive he's gonna be awesome as well.

The sanding process isn't that easy. I use a manicure tool I got from China via ebay, it's pink. I then noticed in the seller's other items, he sold extra bits for it, and I bought them. They are tiny and most look like very sharp nails. They work really great. I then had to sand them with my typical sanding blocks I buy from Sally's beauty supply. I used the big charcoal colored one mostly, but then the little orange throw away types for smaller areas. Took a long time. I'll have to do the same process to the brown/native stuff this week. I broke three of the spikes completely off while doing this process, but it was helpful because it made sanding them easier.
Krillin should be really easy. All I'm going to do is match the skin on the arms to the head color the best I can, and then paint what I have to in order to make him look ok. He won't be a full repaint... I hope.

Nah, I got this head from PGV in a trade we had.
I wanted the head and I wanted the legs, so that's what I got from him. I gave Tien the legs.

Gohan looks incredible. Those ears.....not fun to sculpt, but look really good. I don't have anything negative to say. SS3Goku is going to be so sweet, but that Goku, what face are you trying to accomplish with him?

All of my other Saiyan Saga Goku customs have low cut shirts, so I can skip that.
