@~VR~, branjita, PGV, adrenaline and all the peeps that "likes" it thank you. Branjita I don't have equipment at home, I used to go 6x a week 2-3 hours/day. Now I feel ugh, I lose muscle weight and when I walk around I get so tired easily. Adrenaline thanks I will make those changes, but for right now I am focusing on a commission. I will set him aside and next time you'll see him it will look better with your suggestion. |

You don't need equipment lol I have lost 20 pounds in the past 4 weeks, from 214 to 194 now (well, technically using a treadmill at home) but I also go out and run. Pushups, pullups, crunches, and squats will do the rest. A pull up bar is like $20...and it's all you'll spend. Or buy a dumbbell for the same price and do curls. You'll spend that in gas and time.
At the same time, I'm just shedding weight right now and maintaining muscle, because it's already there. Just got to get it out from underneath the weight.

Adrenaline, I wish can work out at home, I just get distracted lol. Adz thanks bro! Now I said I'm not going to do anymore custom only when I'm going to do commission. So here is a commission, version 3 of ss4 goku. My customer wanted the same exact ss4 goku that I made on my version 1. I am changing some stuff that I learned when I made the version 2 which is using another piece of plastic hair for the front hair that falls on his chest. Also better abdomen (my opinion it's more realistic) and lastly something I never tried before and it's one of the hardest part when I make customs. That would be when making the bicep bigger and when connecting it back to the shoulder it would not connect back or I have to use full force to connect both. Sometimes it doesn't work so I have to shave the bicep till I get it to fit back on the shoulder. So What I did is, I sanded the bottom part of the shoulder so now I have no problem making the bicep bigger without the shoulder rubbing on the bicep and it is now easier to connect bicep to the shoulder (I still use got water).

You should be able to bulk up the whole arm without having to dismantled anything and it can still freely rotate 360 degrees. Only reason it would happen is because the muscles shape already lost its form. For bulkier figure, you had to cut the edge off and increase the size from there.

Thanks man, i did on this one and it's much better. I'm not worrying about paint rubbing on the upper bicep anymore because of that pointy edge on the shoulder is gone.
