*Crosses fingers* Good to go? Branjita juanjormanI lowered the hair about 1/6 of an inch, which is quite a lot considering. Then I shortened the bangs even more. Also fixed his smirk. Ignore the longer belt. I drew it lol. I will make it longer tonight before beginning to paint the other parts.

That's at least 300 times better than before.

So good to go under the brush? ssj2dakota Thanks! Yes, this one should put the other to shame. Well, almost. The hair is infinitely more accurate on this one.

the forehead issue is gone I think, looks very nice now. The smirk looks better as well. Glad you´re making the belt longer too, that´ll make it look really nice. Love the eye scar, that turned out spot on! hair looks awesome too.

Cool. It's hard to envision the final product right now because I have touched up so many parts with apoxie. But I'm expecting a gem, and hoping.

Since Tamashii isn't going to be making a Figuarts Base Broly any time soon, or ever for that matter, I have decided to fill that void myself. Definitely some work to be done, especially on the head, but I see it working out. I am going to get an AB Broly to use his boots and may even possibly replace the legs entirely with some from a Bandai SBC Gogeta, as paired with the AB Broly boots, should create legs long enough to match his height.

I haven't moved forward with Broly yet. Still waiting on some pieces for him and I need more apoxie. I have time though. I plan to have him done by Christmas, or around the time his transformed Figuarts self is released at the end of the year. Right now, I am working on Goku-Ginyu (that's Goku in Ginyu's body) He wasn't in any of my plans a week ago. But I think this works. First, I had to slice off the scouter that was molded into the figure. I even had to cut away the "invisible" scouter lens it had on his eye. Tedious work, but I managed to sculpt him a new brow, cheek, ear, and also got rid of his evil teeth grin and replaced it with a little more subtle expression that Goku had used while in his body. Then of course, I just cut into his armor to create the wound that Ginyu left. Continuing, this sofvi Ginyu figure also had those stupid straight extended arms. I am trying to bend them a little to match the scene below. I tried using a clothes hanger in the arms (since their hollow) and bending it that way, but the hanger was too thin and when it bent, it just stayed bent in the arm and stretched the skin, rather than bending the arm the way I wanted. Plus bending it while it was in the arm was a hassle. Next, I boiled them, rubber-banded them, then froze them for five minutes and even that didn't work. So I decided to just rubber-band them bent and keep them that way overnight. I released them this morning after I took the picture and it looked like it worked. We'll see when I get home tonight. From here, all I have left is to paint the skin a lighter shade of lavender, hope those arms stay slightly bent, and then repaint the black parts of his armor and the wound to be bluish. I am not sure if anyone has a figure of Goku-Ginyu until now. Attachment Deleted

It might be cool if you could do this pose. Just glue the hand over the wound. That way you won't have to resculpt the shoulder pad that was sculpted deformed because that left arm was sculpted straight and punching forward. You could take advantage of that, put an open hand on instead of fist, and after you glue it, resculpt the elbow with apoxie, and that will help hold the arm in place hopefully. Also, the right arm can remain straight, you'll just have to cut a chunk or two out so it isn't pointing straight out to his side.

Is that badman/pink shirt vegeta? What's the ostrich thing for, the pink birds at the start of Dragonball? Or maybe that giant bird goku and chichi met for w/e reason?

Oh yes, badassman Vegeta. Right now, the ostrich from the beginning of DBZ is not on my list but finding that ostrich toy has me thinking about it. Probably too small for the fire eater bird but that is an option too.
The kamikaze ghost just needs whitish blue paint to be a SS version.
