This thread is solely dedicated to my customs that are Works-in-progress, covering their building and creating stages until ready for posting in my finished customs thread. Enjoy! To start, Majin Vegeta. My old one was not very good, so I have recently taken it apart to replace with a much better one. I gave him a fist on his left arm and am keeping the open hand on the right. The DWC SSVegeta head is one of my few options and I like it because it resembles SS2 better than any other, isn't spaceship shaped, and already had an evil looking face, even though I enhanced his painful grin into a more mischievous one already by making it more smile-oriented. I started the painting the face on this one before I remembered to sculpt some veins, but it's no big deal. The skin tone needs a more yellow hue anyway and didn't have enough layers to begin with. All of the skin will be getting repainted. Probably his outfit and boots too. I added some veins on his shoulders and biceps and I plan to add more to triceps, forearms if possible, and maybe even his neck. I want this Vegeta to be as badass as possible. He's only leaning on the wall right here because the head isn't attached.

Amazing job so far Adam! How are you gonna do the Majin symbol? Spot on work with the smile as well.

The M symbol is going to be the most difficult procedure about this custom. It's one of those hit or miss things. I will probably draw it on, paint skin tone over it, then paint it on over the drawn symbol that peeks through the skin paint.

Your right it's one of those things you kinda have to get right on the first time. But knowing you, you'll pull it off no problem.

The veins are sculpted and done. Should I do away with the ones on his neck? Is it too much? Anyway, I still have to sculpt over his left wrist where I changed his hand and I need to resculpt the back of the neck that I accidentally broke off when I prematurely pulled the head out while boiling...no worries though. Then I can paint him. The veins weren't exactly easy and that's done, thank goodness. Tell me what you think.

You're not going to like the veins on his forehead the way they are once you paint them. They're too big just like the ones I sculpted on this figure ten years ago were too big.

The veins you sculpted are better than the ones I did long ago, but when you paint them you'll be like HOLY CRAP because they'll look like leeches or something. I'd make them a little thinner at least on the face.
