Those are cool, what did you use to make them? thanks, well I used anything I could get my hands on!  rocks from the garden, blu tack, some yellow paint, some plastic stationary folders and also plastic packaging... you know like a box made of clear thin ish plastic, i'd give a typical example but can't think of one .. ive seen a lot of stuff come in these kind of boxes like candles and Christmas crackers etc... I started off with yellow folders but I like the clear better now as that's how the auras usually are in db (yellow ish outline and can see the background).... the white ones a bit OTT but its all good.. the white ones are cool cause you can use them for piccolo tien yamcha and krilin aswell oh yeah, you can also use them in battle scenes aswell: Attachment Deletedive also done one for goku vs.frieza but no pic yet, still sorting my shelf out! |

I now have even more respect for the pro sculptors who do saiyan hair and anyone who has done it themselves - its not that easy to get exactly right!!
still a bit of refining to do before I can paint him up, but most of the hard work is done...

Ohhhh hell yes. I hope you have a manicure tool so you can sand him appropriately. If so, I am really excited! If you don't... well you need to spend $20 on ebay and get one! This will look epic once sanded!

Branjita thanks... haha, yeah I do have some stuff to sand him down, thanks to your advice in the past.. 
Adrenaline if I show you different angles you'll see how bad it is!!!   well, its not that bad.. I think the best bit is the mullet. I will post more pics sometime and just deal with the criticism if you can see the faults I can - but theres no way im changing it now though! |

Unless those are pencil marks on the bangs, I think you'll be disappointed a bit if you don't sculpt over that valley you made. I can't tell if it's a valley or pencil marks though. But I think you'll be happier if you fill that area in, if the bangs aren't meant to be removable, that is.

yeah Branjita , the bangs ( i'll never understand that word - its 'fringe' in the UK) are removeable so I can put a screaming face on.. I just figured once its painted black it wont be so noticeable... hopefully! |

I'll never understand how there can be bangers and mash, or spotted dick as food names in the UK. I think hair being called bangs is less weird. The hair from the front looks freaking amazing! From the back, I imagine you're still working on it. The lines on the back of his head look a bit odd. |

haha! yeah well im not a fan of either of those meals - maybe its to do with the names!? thanks.. I appreciate what youre saying...i think the lines look less crappy in 3d and the angles making those ridges look better from the sides (ha! - kind of!) ... its either round it all off or work into it more somehow , but to be honest I don't know that I can make it work anymore than it does already ( read - I've had enough and can't really be bothered ) |

thanks 1andonly5711 I still admire how you can produce so much work in such a short period of time
the sculpting is just patience and practice I guess... although my patience will only stretch so far!!! over analytical eyes help aswell
