I really hope SSj4 Goku is released in the future, no joke. I'm pretty happy with Mr.Satan and Great Saiyaman for now, but I have no interest in the upcoming releases after that. Maybe Android 21. Blanka from SF being exclusive and all these DB exclusives are tearing apart my poor student wallet. I miss the old days with old prices when I started this line tbh

I would rather have brand new characters be brought to the line. Zarbon, King Cold, Cooler, Jiren, Toppo, Kefla, Videl, Chi Chi, Zamasu, Hit, Cabba, Magetta, Ginyu Force, Nail, Pikkon etc.

Kid Buu is getting a Dragon Stars figure so Bandai probably won't release a Figuarts Kid Buu for a while.

Dragon Stars Kid Buu looks to be insanely out of scale given what we've seen. Even the Figure Rise is better, and that's still a bit large for my taste. That said, I didn't mean they are or even should be doing him RIGHT NOW (We've gotten a TON of Buu saga figures already in the lineup for next year) just that I feel like he's a bigger draw then the gray evil Buu.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Gogeta, Bardock, Raditz. First two are fan favorites, and the last is the only remaining major player from the Saiyan saga not to have a single figure (well, him, Gohan, and Krillin, since we technically only have DB and Cell saga Krillin). I may WANT a lot of these others (except Jiren. I wasn't THAT impressed by the character that I'm not just as happy sticking the Dragon Stars figure in the back of my shelf and using the money for better characters) but those are my three big pulls. I'm still crossing my fingers that we're saving a certain figure reveal to coincide with a movie trailer.

If we’re talking Buu’s then Kid Buu is the priority at this point He’ll for sure come in 2020 Ain’t no one in here thirsty for a Videl figure accept that Nickclark dude who only buy the girl figures lol I want a Videl figure... Certainly more than Piccolo 2.0 when the 1.0 has been around since the dawn of time, is still pretty great and yet isn't even close to the most expensive or hardest to find figure in the line (or at least wasn't list time I checked). Not that I don't want a 2.0 Piccolo eventually (I'd actually rather like a battle-damaged one) but I'd much rather new characters or forms over 2.0 figures. |

You’re talking about the Manga version Piccolo that nobody wants There’s a reason it’s readily available and cheap The SDCC ANIME Piccolo is what people want and those are steadily going for $250-$350 Every original 1.0 character has gotten some sort of remaster by now and that fact that such a popular character like Piccolo hasn’t yet is absurd The community wants a new Piccolo waaaaaayyyyyyy more than anyone wants Videl who’s character in the series as a whole is stale and unimportant Only thing people remember her for are bullying Gohan and getting her face rocked by Spopovich |

They are releasing Great Saiyaman Gohan. I know this will shock you, but many people DO in fact want the most natural figure to pair with him more than a figure most of us already own, especially with Hercule coming as well. Just like many people want a SSJ2 Goku to pair with Majin Vegeta (or hell, SSJ2 hair for THAT figure) or Saiyan Saga Krillin and Gohan to fill out the remainder of the Namek fight. Those characters might not be the most amazing ON THEIR OWN, but as part of a collection they represent gaps that many people want filled.
So calm down a bit please. Just because YOU don't want something, don't trash on the people that do. And please, unless you have some hard data to back it up, don't speak for "the community" like that when frankly collectors are all crazy people who all want wildly different things at different times.
For the record, I do agree that Piccolo deserves a 2.0 as well, even if I personally want it less than I want a lot of new characters. It is surprising he hasn't been announced since at this point they can reuse a lot of parts for it (I'm talking internally, since a lot of the more difficult joint pieces already exist). That said, I suspect the reason Piccolo might be lagging behind is because a DB Piccolo (whether it be King or Jr) might be in the works same as with Krillin, and they may be trying to space them out a bit. Plus, y'know... movie.
Speaking of, is it weird to anyone else that ever since the ZOMG ALL THE CONVENTIONS we haven't gotten a single DB announcement? Especially with there supposedly being 7 of the things and we've only seen 4?

Videl is one of my favorite characters in the series. No clue where this idea is coming from that "nobody" likes Videl... One of the few female fighters in the series, manages to learn to channel ki and flight in an extremely brief time, fought armed criminals as a high school kid even BEFORE she had any powers that would protect her... She's awesome! I'd absolutely love a Videl. That said I would also love a 2.0 Piccolo... or a Kid Buu... Even UI Goku, Jiren, Zamasu... Granted, as underwhelmed as I was with Dragon Stars Jiren, the Zamasu was pretty fine with me, as he's not a character I need to be particularly poseable-- I probably would have ended up putting him in that sort of cocky decadent just-standing-there pose with a Figuarts anyway... I do find the lack of UI Goku really odd, though, given all the hype around that. Has the uncertainty over shirt/no shirt stalled production?!  |

It's very common trait to hate/dislike/diminish DB female characters on this fandom, but I'm not going to go there on this thread since well, not everyone is like that fortunately. Still remember comments about wanting Bulma " she doesnt fight, she would be a waste of a slot, she's annoying, she would be useless yada yada" and here we are  still not the Bulma everyone wanted tho I hope we can see more Bulmas, pink dress Bulma and Namek Bulma at the very least. Also, I'm one of those who want Piccolo 2.0 since he's my favorite male character. But I feel like it's the time to release some females like Mai with Future Trunks release, Videl with Saiyaman, Launch with a dragon ball, and even some form of Chi-Chi like 23rd Budokai version who is imo the best Chi-Chi. I just cant see them releasing those characters in the future and I really reaaaally want them, it took 9 years to get Bulma, one of the most important characters, but I like the pacing this line has gotten in these two years with new and different characters, so there's hope.
