Looking back on that teaser video now, it's totally a rebooted Broly. They've given him saiyan (frieza-style?) armour instead of a bare chest and a pelt-skirt instead of the red cloth one he had but it's still a similar design overall - not to mention the green aura...
Edit: Also wanted to say I've never been a big Broly fan because I hated how badly written his entire character was but thw whole idea of the legendary super saiyan (along with his design) is very cool so I can't wait to see what they do with it this time around.

I'm so ready for rebooted Broly. But guys, since they're re-releasing the Broly movie in theaters remastered, as well as the Bardock movie and Fusion Reborn, what are the odds that we'll see Bardock and Gogeta in the Super movie as well? I mean, they are going to be talking about the history of the Saiyans, Frieza.. so it makes sense to have Bardock, right? And Gogeta could potentially be a surprise fusion that'll take on Broly. That’s actually a pretty good possibility. It actually makes sense now why Bardock and Gogeta weren’t on that survey too. I forgot about the remasters. I think there’s a REALLY high chance Bardock and Gogeta figures are gonna be coming soon to go with the movies. The repainted Broly is probably just to coincide with the movie as well and we’ll probably get the reboot Broly at some point too |

You mean this? He has a different kanji on his back in that scene no? Also in the Saiyan Saga, his hair wasn’t braided, it was loose like how the original figure is. |

prodigy1367 he uses the ponytail when playing baseball  He also is seen like this when they're flying towards Kami's lookout to train. Another scene when training at Kami's (before entering the pendulum room; in there he uses it loose) Not to mention this is his default hairstyle at the 23rd World Tournament in Dragon Ball.

prodigy1367 It's supposed to be Yamcha from the final (23rd) Tenkaichi Budokai in Dragonball, like where he fought Shen. The hair style is just somewhat poorly executed. It doesn't look too good.

From what I can gather the only time he looked exactly like that figure is when he was training on the lookout. At the 23rd Budokai, his belt was black and the background of his kanji was beige, not white. Small detail but I’m a stickler for that stuff lol. Thanks for the help fellas 😁

HavokToys on Instagram got a replacement as well, he's in America iirc I tried once to get a replacement part of the Figure-rise Time machine and they didn't give a f*ck for me. I'm surprised... havok how did you do it? I haven't got a replacement. I've just shared this same video and added a long text to it. Unfortunately some people didn't read the post and thought I was the one who got the replacement. Anyway, for now only domestic customers (japan) will get the replacement. Some people in US are contacting bluefin to check if tamashii will send some to US. For us, if you got yours from Pizii, you may try to reach them. |
