granted, there's a chance I could be completely off with this. I've actually had a hard time finding any info on a Galería Tamashii Nations event (where SDCC Goku was first sold) for 2016. For all I know the Mexico "exclusive" could have been a one time deal. Ive been keeping an eye out for this sort of info myself and heard nothing thus far myself.  |

Since last year it's tough to say what will be the SDCC exclusive this year. They set a new precedent with Namek Goku so now it could be a simple repaint or even a retooling of an existing mold.
Imo it could be one of the following:
Anime Ultimate Gohan
Anime SWA Goku
Anime Perfect Cell
Purple/Blue Gi Gohan
BoG SSJ3 Goku
End of Z Goku
GT Adult Goku
Namek Vegeta (first appearance)
Base Form Cell Saga Vegeta
Base Form RoF Vegeta
SSJ Champa Saga Vegeta
SSJ Champa Saga Goku
Those would require minor retooling/swapping/repainting. For more intricate retooling I would guess these:
Namek Vegeta (second appearance)
Saiyan Saga Krillin
Bardock

If we got Anime Ultimate Gohan I will be extremely disappointed. Anime SWA Goku, Purple/Blue Gi Gohan, GT Adult Goku are all also ones that just seem TOO cheap. They know their audience and I doubt that something like that is going to be reserved for a SDCC release. Namek Goku was iconic and a really big deal to put out. Ultimate Gohan is still warming virtual 'shelves' so I kind of doubt that one. |

Yeah I think he's not very likely too. Same with SWA Goku. These were just my best possibilities in no particular order. Just remember that cheapness and Tamashii go hand in hand so they may just do that  Sent from Capsule Corp using Tapatalk |

Thing is a lot of these could be released as PC's too. The question is what exactly is their criteria for what becomes a PC or exclusive?

I would actually be fine with a retooled Early Z Krillin figure without the weighted clothing/boots. I hope they release Saiyan saga clothing based figures with a Kid Gohan and, of course, Nappa.

I am consumer scum so I'd totally get an EoZ/GT Adult Goku. It just looks too cool for me to ignore. Tamashii's got me whipped...
Krillin I would skip, and any base form whatevers I'd definitely skip. "Anime" repaints also don't interest me.
And I agree with the consensus that limits should be put in place. That it was done at NYCC raises hope that it could happen again.

I have a feeling its just going to be battle damaged Goku (Warrior Awakening Goku) but with anime accurate darker gi, boots, and with painted details of blood and scuffs and such. It seems like something that Tamashii would do as its very simple to do that basically won't cost them money to do.
