Why did they change Trunks' hair? It was perfect as is. The body doesn't go with that hair. When his hair was like that, he looked like he was on steroids, so the entire figure isn't even accurate. Hopefully they go back to the ponytail Super Saiyan hair. They didn't change. It's an extra head/hair. And it is accurate, when he fights with Cell sons he has that hair and normal body. So he's gonna come with three heads? Good call on the Cell Games Trunks. You're right on that. Confusing though. Has SH Figuarts ever released official pics of a figure and then made a significant change like that? |

The reason I hate that Vegeta I posted last page wasn't because of his glossy (not that it's good, it sucks too) but the face sculpt is also worse than I thought. It looks really bad comparing to their recent releases and speacually SSGSS Goku. It looks like they did it "on the way" just to make fans shut up.

Thumbs up for Trunks' new head. That's the head I'll display him for sure! But 3 heads are too good to be true, I wanna see an official note from bandai first..
On the other hand, Vegeta SSB looks like a bootleg (I hate glossy hair and he also looks too pale). I hope it's just a bad prototype, 'cause if it is the final product, it's the worst release so far.
I was expecting a release date for Whis (Not excited at all for his release, but that's the logic based on the previous events), but that should happen sometime soon.

I'm really hoping that is a third Trunks head and not a replacement for the pony-tail SS hair version. It looks ok, but not close to how good the pony-tail one looks. Can't complain about getting three heads though if that is the case!
As for the SSBlue Vegeta, looks like a major drop in quality from the other releases. How hard can it be to do an updated hair mold that they could also use for Buu Saga/ Majin Vegeta? The gloss does make it look cheap as well. Oh well, I planned to pass on him anyway.

They can't just cancel on a head when they've already released the stock photos, it wouldn't make sense.

They're not gonna replace the old heads. I don't know where you guys are getting this from, don't worry. If anything it's either an additional head or just a display piece. Most likely it's gonna be an additional

To put this to rest, a reviewer on Instagram, d_amazing, gets figures early from Tamashii and confirmed its a third head. Also plenty of people that were at the event confirmed this as well.  |

I cant wait for that Trunks!!!! I need to go to the tamashii factory and steal it. By the way, did they show any new figures at the toy fair? Besides this trunks of course.
