We're not talking about the anime. We're speculating about upcoming SH Figuarts based on the source material. Considering we've now had SSGSS Goku, Golden Frieza, Beerus & SSGSS Vegeta I think it will be interesting to see whether Tamashii will continue bringing us characters from the revived franchise.
I personally wouldn't mind. Provided the characters prove to be interesting I don't see how it would be any different from those wanting SSJ4 Goku.

So......with the Champa Arc now in full swing, is anyone else getting excited to see some SHF's of the new tournament competitors? The battle between Goku and Botamo looks good, but personally I'm keen to see a Hit, Cabba and Frost. Perhaps they will be our next releases after Whis, Champa and Vados?? I'll come to a decision once all of their "final forms" are revealed and see who's left standing. I would really like Tamashii to put Super releases on the back burner for quite awhile. I understand they're trying to stay ahead of the game but I don't believe those releases will be very successful in the current market. Let the audience become familiar with these characters and demand them from Tamashii.

I was afraid they were gonna saturate us with DBS figures and that seems to be exactly what they're doing. They shouldn't go full force with DBS and perhaps just sprinkle some characters in between the DB/DBZ/GT releases. I only mention GT since I want that SSJ4 Goku so fu**ing badly. Champa and Mr. Puffy Nips can wait.

The only releases that I believe would sell well from Super, at the moment, are characters that are already well established. Goten, Kid Trunks, Gotenks, Gohan, Krillin, Tien, Piccolo, and Master Roshi come to mind. (They don't need to hold Goten, Kid Trunks, and Gotenks for Buu Saga focus since they've made appearances in Super. I think it would be best if they leave Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks for Buu Saga though. They're already taking care of that, in a way, with the Figuarts Zero release.)
Releasing Super Saiyan 4 Goku this year would be a great marketing strategy for Tamashii. They could advertise it as the commemorative figure for the 20th Anniversary of Dragon Ball GT.

Is there a list somewhere that includes the status of each figure (in terms of whether they are regular releases or one-time releases?). I know the SDCC ones are not regular releases, but which other figures are one-time releases? Are all the "Tamashi Web Exclusives" not going to be re-issued?
Will Vegetto be re-issued? I haven't seen his price go up at all.

I don't think there's been a re-issue of a figure that was a web exclusive. The PC versions of Trunks and Vegeta are the only ones, but obviously different from the original.

I didn't know base form Son Goku was exclusive. I'm really glad I picked one up.

I think if they must start making Super figures, instead of spamming them the least they could do is alternate. Like, Super, Not-Super (DB, DBZ, DBGT), Super, Not-Super, etc.
From what I've seen of the "robot", I must say I like it's design and may want a Figuarts in the future. The rest...I'll pass unless they get cool forms or something.

I agree to this ^ I am getting bankrupt with the dbz figures. Every two months gives me a chance to save up. Its good that trunks is released until May... That gives me about 3 months.

While I agree on the ones that would sell best, I would much rather see the classic characters released in their classic outfits first as opposed to their Super ones. For Super releases, I'd rather get the new characters (even Mr. Nipples) than get the classic characters with their new outfits. I just wouldn't want Tamashii to release Super versions of Goten, Trunks, Tien, etc. and call it a day for them. Classic outfits first, new ones later. And you already know SSJ4 Goku is bae and the more GT stuff the better

I agree with SS4 Goku launch as soon as possible on the anniversary of DBGT.
I do not understand that a prototype with different faces and evolution has not been announced.
I am expecting from 2014

And you already know SSJ4 Goku is bae and the more GT stuff the better They may not be the most ideal outfits for the characters but they are releases of the characters nonetheless. If they sell well, they wouldn't call it a day for those characters. Tamashii doesn't want to limit themselves on releases and potential profit. Super's popularity gives them a reason to release those specific characters. The sales could help determine the character's other releases in their future schedule. If Tien sells well, they'll focus on releasing classic outfits for him sooner rather than later. It's not the most ideal situation for the collectors who demand classic outfits but I feel it would be the best business decision. The sun will shine oh so much brighter when they officially announce Super Saiyan 4 Goku. I really hope it opens the doors for more Dragon Ball GT releases. I have a feeling it will because it's a Goku release and a very famous design. One of the great things about Dragon Ball Heroes* is that it's keeping the Super Saiyan 4 transformation alive. It's not just secluded to Dragon Ball GT anymore. If Tamashii isn't afraid to cross into that territory with Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta, we could potentially get Super Saiyan 4 Gohan as well. (Really cool design.) I agree with SS4 Goku launch as soon as possible on the anniversary of DBGT. I do not understand that a prototype with different faces and evolution has not been announced. I am expecting from 2014 Yeah, it seems like it would be a very successful strategy for Tamashii. I was quite excited to see that the prototype went through some upgrades between the Tamashii Nations events. It had me at ease to realize that Tamashii is confident for this release and is taking their time to improve the figure. If that means more time in production, I'm all for it. A Tamashii manager must really like Super Saiyan 4 Goku for it to go through those upgrades.
