Anybody’s Jeice ship yet? P Bandai is absolutely horrible with their shipping. They say a release month and it literally ships the last day of that month. Then it takes a week from there. They gotta fix that, If you say January then I expect it in my hands before the month is over. Plus people have had Jeice already for 2 months. horse hat Yes, I received an e-mail the other day saying that Jeice has shipped. Looking forward to receiving him! Wow, two hours later and he's here! I'll say one thing for Premium Bandai -- their shipping is quick. They notified me Jeice had shipped on Sunday, and he arrived today.

My Bardock seems to be floating in limbo. Out for delivery today, apparently encountered local delivery problem, back to depot.. Delivery date pending.

Unfortunately everything has the “due to the ongoing pandemic” excuse attached to it. We can’t argue against any delays for a while

Premium Bandai has been fine for me, minus the missing Gohan, though that's out of there control. They've sent two updates regarding the shipment and haven't cancelled the order yet. I'm sure theyll either cancel or fulfill with a delay.
Think people are being a tad dramatic over it honestly.

My issue at this point is they just refuse to offer refunds or even the option to cancel after pre-orders end, even with this. I honestly wish I had the option to just cancel my order at this point, I can't work outside the summer because of the courses I'm taking and my commute, at this point I don't even want the figure I ordered and would rather just get my $110 back and use it for something else. I get delays happen and things are out of their control but, it also makes me never want to order from them again. At least with something like Big Bad Toy Store you don't have to pay till it's actually in stock, I get these are essentially made to order but, idk

Hopefully this incident will make them realize that they should have a cancellation option like what aquamarina suggests for future releases. These things ain’t cheap, we’re spending lots of money on these if they were only $20-$30 then people wouldn’t mind so much, but SHF collecting is so damn expensive these days
Anyway I wonder how all those people feel that bought customized Bardokes off of ebay for like $200 like 3 years ago, now that we have an official Bardoke

I don’t mind waiting on Gohan. I’d just prefer they fulfill the order so I don’t have to go hunt down two over priced figures.

PBandai US refuses to refund to everyone.Period. There also was an official communication about this. I opened a ticket regarding my Gohan order and they asked if I wanted a refund, But since he is so over priced now i need to stick it out.
