derelictbadger : Please, do explain It's just I never had this issue with ordering from any other country. Japan stopped using its "Japan Post". I mean surely your anger should be at the virus. You can’t blame DHL for not wanting to deal in cash during the pandemic to keep their employees safe.

I would not have minded to deal with cash in a SAFE way. Like leaving it in the mailbox for the dude to pick it up.

Not taking cash is probably down to the virus being able to live for quite a while on a surface like cash(and cash is something that can potentially change hand frequently) so they're just limiting the risk of infection for their staff.

I’ve been waiting on some stuff I ordered since early January. Meanwhile my Chibi Gohan is still floating in the middle of the ocean somewhere It has my Scarlet Witch for company at least lol I still haven't preordered Hit and I'm kinda hesitant to after this. I get stuff happens and the shipping container isn't something that could be helped but, spending over $100 on a figure, waiting for months, and then it to end up at the bottom of the ocean with no word of replacement or refund, kinda makes me not want to risk premium bandai again

Anybody’s Jeice ship yet? P Bandai is absolutely horrible with their shipping. They say a release month and it literally ships the last day of that month. Then it takes a week from there. They gotta fix that, If you say January then I expect it in my hands before the month is over. Plus people have had Jeice already for 2 months. horse hat

All the Japanese companies seem to be having trouble sticking to release dates right now. I currently have a Play Arts Kai preordered that’s original release date was meant to be October. It’s being pushed back month by month with no communication about it. And with every month that goes by I start questioning whether I even want the figure any more. I’m very close to cancelling it.

I don't understand what the problem is with DHL but I never had a problem with them. Most of the problem I had were with DPD/Chronopost, everytime I had to deal with them was a colossal nightmare. As for the "cash thing", it's quite normal that they don't accept cash, you can thank the pandemic. Since the virus can survive a few hours on surfaces, they have to take all the precautions they can.

Yeah there needs to be better communication in place when a disaster like a storm occurs. P-Bandai needs an option for you to request a full refund if the package is lost in the shuffle or it isn’t delivered by a certain date. Otherwise they’re just taking our money & saying “stuff happens oh well”

When SS4 Guko AND Vegeta are revealed, they will probably be P-Bandai exclusives. That’s going to ruffle a lot of feathers
Imagine waiting over 6 years for a figure, only for it to be an extremely limited release. That’s where we’re headed folks
