dbz wise (in order):
1. get that damn sbc movie 3 pack, the only sbcs im missing. the 92's are optional, and i will buy them but it wont break my heart if i dont get them.
2. figuarts completed
3. giant apes
4. gashapon loose
5. complete 5 inch scale lose figures with the special characters.

I know this thread was near dead but my goals are to learn alot - which I'm doing and also to get some very rare high end collectables. My first one is going to be father son Kamehamaha by Proovy. Than I was thinking gold shenron Kuji next? Also looking at the Tokyo toy festival and kujis lines. And also looking to get all the figuarts zero collection. I've got 2 preordered so far.

Necroposting on here is just fine if you're doing more than saying "cool" or good job, or something, so don't feel weird about bringing back old topics.
I can't speak for everyone, but I actually prefer having the same topics of discussion in one topic, rather than having a new topic every few months or years about the same stuff. That way finding the old info is easier and in some cases, you can learn from what you said awhile back or what someone else said.

I agree. I really don't see how making another thread of the same topic is better than using the old one, but some forums are weird with necroing. But I hardly consider less than a month to be necro.
As for my goals, I don't have any overarching goals, but just a few "most wanted" figures like Jakks Omega and Nova Shenron and certain others.
Other than that, I just go for what gets me.

To complete and perfect my "vintage" era Z figure collection, consisting of certain SBC, Super Guirriers and Bird Studios figures. SO gaddam close I can almost taste the cheap led infused paint!

Mine would be to get all the figures I want for my Irwin/jakks collection by maybe the start of the summer of 2014 and I'm kind of close I need 47 more figures to go then maybe ill collect other lines.

Transformers - Pick up more getsalts, I just got a G1 Prime and Soundwave so I think Devastator is next
Power Rangers - Keep getting the Figuarts Rangers as well as a Dragonzord

I'd sell it pretty cheap. I think you can see it in my swap meet topic. |
