I've seen him. You'll have a hell of a time getting him on eBay though as he may never show up. Maybe kkchung still has access to these? Perhaps go back on DBT, pm him, tell him to join us here lol, and ask if he can get you it. He's who I got my keshigomeru from a long time ago.

Not here. I looked and my reply to him on DBT was about a month after he posted on soda's collection so he may not even have seen it.

It is from the DragonBall Part 2 keshi/keshigomu/dorakeshi gashapon figures. In the series it is known as フクロウ(中国帽).
