Hello guys and gals, my name is giL. I barely found out about these awesome figuarts dragonball z figures early this year. I use to collect marvel universe but I end up selling them all when I found out about dbz. Dont give me wrong, marvel universe are awesome but I like to collect something that I can put in a good post and display. So far I have re-release Goku, scouter Vegeta, krililyn, and Cell. I am building my collection but these figures are just so damn expensive.
I started into customizing back in November 2012 and lasted for 6 months. I wasn't motivated so stop customizing on May 2013. So when I found out about these figures early Feb this year I thought I'd give it a try again. So I made Majin Vegeta, that's how I actually joined this forum because someone included pictures of my custom on the custom thread and I am glad to see great comments about it.
I will be posting my second custom of this year once I figure out how to upload an image here:) meanwhile keep customizing and keep collecting!

Welcome to the community! You did great work on the Majin Vegeta. I know that it takes motivation to customize, and if you make a work in progress topic here, the comments from others can keep you interested. I know they give me motivation.

Thank you fellas for welcoming me, I hope to make more customs in the future. By the way I haven't had a chance to browse around the forum to see your customs and collections. Once I get a chance I will definitely stop by and have a conversation with our customs and collections. (Sorry for bad English)

It's so great to have another amazing customizer join the site! Your Majin Vegeta custom is incredible. The sculpting on the clothing tears and the torso in general is simply beautiful. You really captured the on-screen look of his outfit. Even the boots look fantastic! The only thing that stopped me from bidding on it was the risk of paint wearing off.
I DEFINITIVELY WANT TO SEE MORE OF YOUR WORK.

Yup darn joints are really pain in the **s to paint. I dremeled, I applied primer, applied thin coat of paint, sealer, then thin coat of glue but paint rub still occur. Maybe because of the paint I use? Anyways I re-dremeled it again this morning and its much much better now. I wouldn't sell my customs specially Gogeta because it came out better than I expected but i need them $$$ to pay off my damn speeding ticket  lol. Again thanks everyone for welcoming me, Im by the way from Philippines but now living here in California. I will edit my profile later on. |

From the Philippines huh? Want to help make at least ten members super happy??  Help us get the Birusu bootleg that is sometimes sold on sulit! They won't ship to us and I don't think they accept PayPal I know Gonstead would be interested in one, and I definitely am! |

Sorry I wish i could help but i was a victim from that site before. I ordered Sota SF and never received my package, since then i never trust anyone that wont accept paypal.
