I hate to disagree with u bran but idk that those r facts there just speculation at best about recome anyway. The goku head is larger than any other goku head that jakks made but that body is bigger than most other jakks goku bodies so in a way it works. I still don't like that goku figure and I've often looked at it and wondered y they made it that way. I wish I would have used that goku head on my ss bardock custom and then he would have fit in alittle better with my figuarts collection  |

You're a true fan like the rest of us, so I don't know why you let people's opinions of a company you have no personal ties to, work you up so much. I'm not even a Jakks hater and never said I was. I just liked Irwin better. Apparently that pushes your buttons? I really don't care if it does. That's your problem.
You've been here for a short time and you've already left twice or made threats to. Each time, for no major particular reason. Perhaps you need to re-evaluate why you feel the way you do because it's not us pricks that are responsible.

It's starting to seem like you don't want anyone to talk to you. Everyone is trying to be accommodating but it's as if you insist on turning this into something it isn't. Must I remind you where you are? A forum for Dragon...ball...figures. FIGURES. Regardless of how you feel about whatever particular figure at the end of the day it doesn't matter because we're talking about FIGURES, which we all like to discuss, that's what we're here for, but it doesn't change the fact that this is about figures. Completely inconsequential and hardly - no, NEVER worth fighting over. We aren't here to leap on other members and act hostile for no reason. The way you've been talking to me I've been ready to defend you and vouch for you with no other incentive to do so, but if that results in "f you all" then by all means, you're free to leave.
@bran I highly doubt that since this is Irwin we're talking about but I'm seeing that in my head and I bet it would've been incredible, certainly much better than the legs on the Super Buu that came out. it could be a cool custom idea, just get a Gogeta model kit (for the white pants) and sculpt until it's Super Buu, I think the height would be OK since the model kits were pretty big.
@shifty there's nothing anyone can post that can prove it as fact but I think it's a safe assumption. I mean this is Jakks we're talking about...I just don't see them going through too much trouble to make an entirely new Recoome when they already have a perfectly good prototype to modify.

I'm not trying to argue and have no use for it lol but I do like to discuss things that intrest me  I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be reading in Ur link bran is it this statement? "As I can best determine, based on reports from the guys at Figures.com, these were rough sculpts of figures that Irwin was considering" A guy stating something he read on another site? Idk that that can make it a fact that the jakks recoome was based on this figure IMO The thing is unless Ur the guy that sculpted the figure I don't see how we can know for a fact that jakks used that irwin prototype for their figure. I will say that it does look to me like they did base it off of the prototype. |

Most of you are sheeps who are all programmed to think the same. I'm always the outsider.
It's so simple for you to say "why do you think we're attacking you?" when all of you have the same opinions. I am THE ONLY GUY who ever defends Jakks. When there is one of you, it's a discussion. When there's 3-5 it's an onslaught. And it never helps that you guys are know-it all pricks. You never know how to state your opinions in a respectful way, I hate it. It makes me want to punch you repeatedly.
There is a severe lack of decency here. None of us would talk to each other this way in real life. Maybe Branjita, because he genuinely seems to lack that voice in the back of our heads that tells us when we're being rude or upsetting to others. I'm tired of being told I take things a certain way. You guys do not follow forum ettiquette.
But I don't know why I bother...sheeps will be sheeps.

Sv 111 there's really no need to get upset man I know Ur frustrated and I will say that some of the things said on both ends could have been phrased better but I think Ur over reacting. This isn't a bad place and sure people are going to disagree with each other from time to time but u just have to let it go and move on.

(irrelevant note, now I'm getting bummed out because I'm going to have to rethink some things regarding popular opinion after that "insightful" post)
As I've said...you should have been here three years ago. I only speak for myself and I have negative opinions on Jakks figures now that I've seen Figuarts figures. Standards can change, you know. VERY LITTLE of what I say is fact and I openly admit this...EVEN when I see plenty of evidence to support one of my claims. Matter of fact I think my time on this forum is the reason why I try to speak so suggestively. Anyway...for all I know maybe you're right, maybe someone at Jakks became possessed with motivation and suddenly decided to make a completely new Recoome figure just slightly based on the Irwin figure because they knew deep down they could do better...but I highly doubt it.
I...ha. wow. I can't even keep going. I'm starting to think you're a troll. One sentence you call us all pricks, the next you claim someone lacks the ability to tell when they're being rude. I was going to say this earlier and this is all I intend to say on the pointless subject...if your goal is to make everyone become hostile towards you and completely ignore you then you're doing a great job.
