Strange. The longest I had to wait for any of the stuff I won through Buyee to reach their warehouse is 4 days I believe, not counting weekends.

There's actually a brand new Oozaru Vegeta on Amazon right now for $104 free shipping. I think it just went up for sale yesterday. ... son of a Bulma... How do you know/tell when items are new on Amazon? Is there a way to see what other items that seller has for sale? I can't figure out a way to do it

How do you know/tell when items are new on Amazon? Is there a way to see what other items that seller has for sale? I can't figure out a way to do it You can bring up the list of all sellers for the product, and there's a "Condition" box that the seller can add a description to. For the Ooozaru Vegeta, the $104 one's description is: "Brand New! Unused, Sealed. Ships directly from Japan. JAPANPOST EMS(Express Mail Service) normally takes between 7 to 10 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Japanese public holiday) to deliver to your country. Manuals are written in Japanese. Please feel free to contact us before placing the order if any query." Click on their name in the "Seller Information" section and it'll take you to their storefront.

Ok! I won a Vegeta Oozaru for 3100 yen which is $28.28. I hope after all this monkey business it is less than $100 by the time I pay for two shipping fees plus buyee's commission. Anybody know where buyee is located? Here's the shipping prices listed in the auction (a little higher than some of the Oozaru Vegetas I previously bid on and did not win). Shipping / 120 size from Aichi) Yu-pack charge 1,230 yen Aichi 1,340 yen Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, Nagano, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Gifu Shizuoka Mie Shiga Kyoto Osaka Hyogo Nara Wakayama 1,440 yen Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima Tottori Shimane Okayama Hiroshima Yamaguchi Tokushima Kagawa Ehime Kochi 1,540 yen Fukuoka Saga Nagasaki Kumamoto Oita Miyazaki Kagoshima 1,750 yen Hokkaido 1,850 yen Okinawa So which one of those places is Buyee located in? It has said this for several days now, perhaps all week: Order status: Awaiting Delivery Japan is so small that I'm kind of I'm a patient person, but seriously, I want to be invoiced for the cost of shipping already!!!!!!!

Just received an email that my Oozaru Vegeta has arrived to Buyee. He weighs 3440g so the shipping is the 2nd most expensive option in my calculations in an earlier post.
1340 Yen in domestic shipping to Buyee 6100 Yen in international shipping from Buyee to the US
Total shipping I owe them is 7440 yen = $68.91
Total price for Oozaru Vegeta: $104.43
Overall pretty satisfied with the price. I'm only $5 over what my maximum for what I ideally wanted to spend was.

Paypal must have charged me a fee or used a more current exchange rate, because it ended up being $70.63 shipping, so my total is $106.15

Last time I looked that Amazon one increased in price by over $60.
I hope my buying story is useful for someone else in the future, because I think this thread benefits from having some real life, actual examples of the cost to get something like this.

Well thought Branj. It's actually very beneficial to me seeing actual examples of cost breakdowns for if I ever buy something from there. Thank you!

Branjita - Did you enquire about SAL shipping?

Buyee says in their shipping that EMS and UPS are their only shipping options.

No. Email them and ask them for a SAL shipping quote. Delivery times are higher but it may save you some $$$ on shipping. If the difference is too marginal, you can always go with EMS.

yeah, they apparently WILL on occasion allow SAL but it depends on who you talk to

on a 3500g package, SAL parcel is 3600 yen, so it'd be significant savings if they allow it.
