The way I see it for my scaling, I use the bigger characters form HQDX with the smaller Scultures stuff, which I need to call it 6.5" scale instead of 7" I guess.
The bigger characters from HQDX blend in with this smaller scale of figures due to the HQDX scaling of being in a more uniform height, similar to HSCF.
Than this 16.5" scale is DXF, LoS DX, Scultures 2, Most of Scultures 3.  And the 7" of HQDX is close to the Scultures 1.
And I think that the new SSJ3 will either be that size or more like the big Ichiban Kuji Goku's from from Kuji 012, 011. The 010 Kuji Vegeta & Gohan look to be in this scale as well. (7.5"-8" I guess)
The DXF Heroes will probably be that 6.5" Scultures 2\ LoS scale. The Namek Goku and Vegeta from Kuji 09 are excellent for this 6.5" scale.
The 09 Bardock will work with this 6.5" scale as well. The LoS DX are a little bigger, but a character like King Vegeta will blend in. LoS DX have very uniform height as well.

I found a good option for HG scaled LSSJ Broly. Super Action Pose. 



The LSSJ Broly made in the HG series is terrible, his first transformation is a gorgeous figure on the other hand. The EX one is very pretty too, a little small next to the first SSJ Broly, but still very good.
The HG Plus one as well is not good. The Unifive Posing Figure Broly too is not good, The Unifive figures are very good to provide medi sized characters  lacking in HG; like Yamacha, Tao Pai pai, 4 armed Tien and some others. The HSCF Broly is nice too and scaled well. The Hybrid Broly as well.I thought that the Banpresto box one will scale (that line with Turles), But he is actually only 10-11 cm and the figures are in uniform
height, making them about 3.5" scale. 


I'm going to get the re-issue with the acrylic hair, I like that look for my SSJ's, like with the DG SSJ's.
There are in total three different versions of the figure, the first one with the blend paint job, and then the acrylic hair reissue, and another reissue with stronger shading.

The face seems a tad off but that may be just me. Other than that, the musculature has seen improvement over the previous releases.

The only thing I have against the EX is his price point, I rather get the Super Action Pose DX for 1000 yen instead of the EX for 10,000 yen.

From the one's I mentioned that are absent are the Banpresto box one and the Hybrid, here is Marvelous Mark great line-up that show them and the LoS as well.
The LoS have a uniform height, you should scale the medium sized characters like Bardock crew, King Vegeta, Scarface and Shorty, Paragus. Disappointedly a character like Bio-Broly will be too small for the scale.
