Size wise though, they might be about the same. If they're the same size as the BoG DXF, which are closer to (but still smaller than) the big LoS figures than Scultures or HQDX. The SS3 Goku and Vegeta might be Scultures or HQDX size? Meh, doesn't matter to me, I want 'em. I wish the Goku SS3 and Vegeta SS3 were Master Star Piece sized, and Goku SSJ4 to be HQDX size... Because if the face is well done on him I want him badly!!  Although I have Bills and Whis of DXF BoG, they are smaller than the standard HQDX/sCultures figures. I hope these new figures are not that small. |

It's worth noting that this is a very uncommon style and might be the first time that actual cloth been used by MegaHouse in a production of a DragonBall line and that's why the workmanship look so crude for the time been.

What appears to be seemingly easy is a tad more difficult to pull off convincingly. Though I craved them, I was never a fan of the RAH Gokus.

Yeahh.. Medicom did an amazing job on the finished DB entires of RAH. Well, the Real Action Hero line in genral is top-notch all around and pretty much the Anime equivalent to Hot toys\Side show.

I'm left wondering why Medicom discontinued that line. Other than being expensive, there were no real complaints from the figures and, as you mentioned, were top-notch in terms of likeness and quality.
I'd really really love Hot Toys to do just a celebratory figure of Goku.

I think Medicom kid goku is the most ultimate dragon ball figure. The chess looks descent too but I would have preferred a dragon ball exclusive chess.

Actually there were reports that after a few years, the rubber in the neck of the Goku figure can start to deteriorate and crack. Other than that, who knows? It might have run it's course and they continue to other productions. All those manufacturers have their market reserch and are producing a ton of brands every year. The bottom line though, that Medicom are highly experienced with their workmanship of cloth material in a mass-production product line - and Megahouse are not so much. |

I agree with Roshi that the Kid Goku is pretty darn sweet. I'd like to have Mikasa,chun li,Venom but probably not haha
