I know right. Looks like the only thing they changed are the boots. Other than that he looks just like the DXF with a few minor differences. I'd rather have him as a MSP. Well, this SSG Goku I will not buy, I have the first version. As MSP they would certainly ingenious. But can it be that the SSGSS Goku MSP has darker skin, me somehow do not like. We had stayed in the first MSP SS Goku he had darker skin You're not the first person I've heard not like most of the MSP figures because of their dark skin color. Me personally I don't find it being a problem. Strange....I've actually seen Goku and the others vary in skin tone throughout different media. Everyone has their own preference but it definitely wouldn't stop me from buying a figure based on skin tone. That's just me though...   |

The original one's color is way off to me and the tan just makes it worse. If MSP didn't tan their figures so much they would be soooo much better. The Vegeta is the worst in the line imo. His face is kind of off and the tan doesn't help at all. This Goku looks sick though, can't wait till he comes out.  |

I think the SSG Goku looks good though I am gonna skip it, I am sure sometime next year we will see a D.O.D version of that very figure. If they ever came out with a MSP figure of this version of Goku I would get it too.  |

I really don't understand the hype (not that much of a hype, but still) around the DOD line. in my opinion they just look ugly, each of the figures have at least one thing that make them look wierd. and the cloths, they really didn't pull it off well, the only one who I think looks good is Broly. he doesn't look that well, but compare to the rest he looks good. but I'm not a Broly fan so I'm not going to get him. Frieza does look ok, but his face looks off to me and his looong legs just kill it.
before some of you will attack me, I'll just say again that it's my opinion. only wanted to share my thoughts on that line.

Different collectors who like different styles or lines, some collectors like SSjGoshin just suck up everything they can get their hands on, people who only collect Figuarts, and you can also have ones like myself who only like statue figures. I also think Broly looks pretty good, but I'm not a fan enough of the character to invest in something that big and pricey of him. |

Damn that DOD Freeza is perfection. I love half of this line. I have SSJ Goku and Piccolo and have preordered Freeza and Vegeta.

I agree with you about everyone have different taste, and I don't have any problem with that, that's why I stated that this is my own opinion about the line. |

Frieza's face looks exactly like it did in some of the episodes when he fought on Namek. Especially his face when he first transformed into his final form and killed Dende. I think Frieza looks perfect except for his shins. Some of you need to go back and watch the Frieza saga...

I love this line and my least favorite is Broly. His face and his abs look weird. S.H Figuarts Broly is miles better imo. |

I think they are fantastic, regardless of what anyone says about the fabric, the sculpts are top notch, period. There is literally no comparison if you want a statue like these, so it is what it is. People on this forum enjoy complaining about things more than enjoying it seems. |
