Yup deformation. He's a little smaller than the Legend of the Saiyan one, which is the best available to sort of blend into a 5 inch collection. He's more like 4.5 inch scale.
The Gohan I have no clue, I've never seen it.

The hair on that figure makes me think it might be a Goku and not a Gohan maybe.

Here is a comparison for the Deformation Prince Vegeta secret figure, Check out this Keshigomu Prince Vegeta, if I could paint it, it would have fit in great Imo.

The hair on that figure makes me think it might be a Goku and not a Gohan maybe. When I first got it I thought it was Goku, but looking at his outfit and more closely at his hair my best guess would be Gohan. I think Goku's back hairs would extend more. It looks like Gohan when he is wearing his hair without the mullet. The image below helps me visual it.

I agree about the Keshigomu Prince Vegeta fitting well with those gashapon. That is a great gashapon collection @m5jagdragonpanzeriv, you gotta post some pics. Where is that Kami from?

Definitely Gohan. He has it throughout the Cell saga after Goku cuts his hair (save for during the actual Cell Games Saga, though even then, his SS hair sometimes looked like this). While training in the hyperbolic time chamber: Broly: TLSS Bojack Unbound: That one episode where he runs off with Ox King:

Well thanks to Ashelia, we know it's a set of 5 minifigs. Where they come from and what line they are is yet to be known tho! Nice stuff Marky. The tiny Trunks is a part of a set of 5: I used to own the Vegeta but broke it cause I thought it was a super bouncy ball...it did not survive my childish wrath. >.>

They're made by a manufacturer called K Company. Seen their stuff for One Piece on Hobby Search but it usually small goods like plushies or phone straps. The title itself is Pucchin Mascot. I'm merely reading the Katakana so the first word is a mystery to me in this context. Maybe @m5jagdragonpanzeriv knows what it means if anything and more info on the line: プッチン マスコットAnd if he doesn't figure it out we'll just keep bothering him until he gets it. PANZER! PANZEEEEEER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pucchin is what we call Puchi in the Chara Puchi line. I forgot what the alternate name for Chara Puchi is... but it would probably be a clue...

Google translate says プッチン translates to Putchin in English... which is a word with no definition...
Puchi translates to Petit in English and is the word I could not think of. So Chara Puchi is small character. So these things you found are called small mascot.
