Apparently 500 of these were made can anyone confirm this? I have the opportunity to buy one, what's it's value? Also, can anyone estimate an average price for a loose Super Battle Collection figure and a Boxed one? And notify me of any particular figures that are worth a bit more I'm new to collecting and appreciate any help. Edit: Picture for reference (boxed) i42.tinypic.com/2mikcn.jpg

I dont think that 500 limt green hair broly is legit I think someone is pulling Ur leg there. Cap will know for sure but I've never heard of such a figure And I can tell u the sbc figures differ in price depending on which figure it's is and how nice the box is. IMO it seems like the sbc gt figure are worth more on average than the z ones but again cap or someone eles will be able to give u more/ better info on sbc figures than myself

Thanks for the info. I couldn't find anything on the Broly either, so I guess it could be a fake or a different figure put in the box or something? Hopefully cap can help me out

Edit: Picture for reference (boxed) i42.tinypic.com/2mikcn.jpg Pretty sure that's a bootleg. I actually got duped into buying a bootleg Broly when I recollected the SBC and the hair was very bright like that. It was pretty accurate other than that, aside from some slightly off paint and minor box differences. I think you should probably stay away from that one. Something is definitely not right about it , and there's no such thing as a limited, 1 of 500 Broly.

Thanks cap, I knew joining you guys was a good idea before I started collecting!
I think I will stick to trying to complete the Super Collection before I get caught up in the Super Battle Collection, the amount of figures in that set including all the variants is pretty scary!

That's pretty much the way the hair looks like on the 92 Broly. Not a limited to 500 thing.

The seller tried to tell me they had an email from Bandai to confirm it so obviously I asked to see this but no response yet haha

when i was younger one of my first set of SBC's was a broly, and i used to wonder why his hair looked greenish compared to the other ssj figures i had. but then again i dont know if what i had back then was a bootleg or not.

I would say the figure looks pretty legit however the 1 of 500 is complete bull and if anything ensure the seller isn't trying to get more money from that fact. I would be interested in seeing this letter though. Sounds amusing anyways, my Brolly's hair looks pretty similar and im sure under the right lighting and whatnot it's legit. The deep yellow haired version looks like an Irwin re-release. Here are my brollys dragonballfigures.boards.net/post/20562/thread
