Hey guys how's it going? Well I use to be a member of the old forum, way back in the day, around 2005 or 06 if I remember correctly. I recall first coming across the forum back on Dragonballtoys.com. I don't remember posting at all back then, I think I mostly just browsed around looking at people's customs and what not. well anyways
here is a little bit about me: I am your typical mixed Israli/Italian/Portuguese/Cuban/Filipino/andaluz gypsy boy been collecting DBZ/DB stuff since I was about 8 years old. I hope to collect more in the future. but I been up set that there isn't any place to buy DBZ stuff for a good price besides Ebay...but now a days the competition and prices makes it harder.
any ways, my favorite characters are Broly, Cell and king cold. my all time holy grail of DBZ figures it to obtain the King Cold Jakks figure. Been wanting him since I saw pics of the toy fair on dragonballtoys.com way back in the day. I remember waiting and looking all over the stores but he was never released in my area :/
well I hope to meet more collectors and find a DB community that is very active, were I can see and hear from collectors on a daily basis, as most places I come across are dead lol

There was actually a King Cold in a lot on eBay that ended a few hours ago. He's a great figure, I didn't finally get one until two years ago. He was worth the wait! People aren't very active on here lately, but we are definitely the most active forum for DBZ specific figure collectors.

Welcome. I'm sure one of the members will be able to make your Jakks King Cold dream come true I sure hope so I always thought he was so cool looking as a kid and I still do from the pics. cant wait till the day I see him in person |

Welcome! You'll love the site mate for sure, might want to make a post in the swap meet section and say you're looking for a jakks king cold. If the lot bran was talking about is one I was watching... Then it went for $82 I think.

I always thought it reminded me of King Colds thrown, I saved it so that one day I can use it to display king cold on it if I ever get him |

yikes! that is extremely cheap so technically if you divide the price with shipping amongst the figures he was pretty $3.76, I wish I would have seen it! :/ and it came with a lot of good figures too |

The best thing to do is just keep an eye on eBay and check everyday to see if one pops up yea, I hope I can find one I remember buying a huge DBZ/DBGT lot for about $300 bucks it came with Movie Cooler figure, Meta Cooler, Android 13 movie figure, super android 13,Lord Slug. Irwin Series 3 Cell, Frieza Second Form, Burter, Jace , Irwin Gogeta , Great Monkey Baby, Super Baby and several others that weren't to visible, I remember hoping that king cold was in there but he was not. When DBZKai first came out on nicktoons, I had my fingers crossed in hopes that it would bring DBZ toys back to the shelves like the olden days...I am hoping maybe the DBZ Battle of the Gods Hopefully spawns off another Saga or DB Franchise to give us the opportunity to get characters/ Figures such as king cold, and others that many of us were not able to get first time around. |
