They are legit. There are several sellers in China and Hong Kong who sell production cast offs of Giochi Preziosi, Irwin, and Jakks. They are either production figures that were never packaged for some reason, factory defects, or returned stock from retailers who returned the product.
I bought an Irwin Gotenks from one of those sellers and the figure was perfect other than the left foot being a little crooked . He couldn't stand, but the sculpt was perfect. I stuck the leg in boiling water and bent it back into position and it was just fine. My Gotenks was obviously a figure Irwin didn't package and sell because of that flaw ( quality control).

China and Hong Kong sellers are great ways to get figures for extremely cheap if you find the right ones.

These are the DeAgostini figures that you had to paint yourself, WHAT A CHORE! They are located in Portugal and the seller says they are made by Planeta DeAgostini. Marvelous Mark what did we/I end up saying about Planeta DeAgostini? I don't remember!

I had never seen these unpainted figures. I thought it was the repro of Edition Atlas or DeAgostini. Branjita, if you ever need my help, just let me know.
Edit: But crap on the face...

Those white DeA figures are cool as crap. I'd just keep 'em all white, lol.
I think you said the Spanish, black removable base figures with no logo or manufacturer info were the Planeta DeAgostini. But these don't appear to have removable bases, but maybe that's only for the ones you paint yourself.
