Adrenaline's Finished Custom Figures: SS Royal Blue Vegeta

Love the Piccolo man! great job . Bandages looks sweet as hell too! Now that I see this Piccolo, it gives me temptation to make his Figuarts counterpart, as well as Badman Vegeta lol . Now that I have Taitans Yamcha, it makes sense that I make more characters in their casual outfits. Keep up the awesome customs man!

The Piccolo and the others are very good.

You could try making the pupils bigger to match the size of the eyes so that there's not as much excess white.

Nice job! I think he's a fun character to have in your collection. He's not too hard to make and goes great with a toddler Gohan!

Custom Upgrade: BD SSGoku (Frieza Saga)

Orange Ripped Shirt: Jakks BD Goku
Modifications: My previous BD SSGoku was a SZF figure and considering how important of a form/character he is, I had to have something a little more accurate. With a recent purchase of 3 bootlegs on ebay that look like Real Works (BD Bardock, BD SSGoku, and SS3Gogeta) but are actually quite to scale, I was able to incorporate the legs from the Goku to this custom. And man, that saved me 10 Hours of sculpting ripped pants that I did NOT want to sculpt. I'd say it was successful. With that, I repainted the skin to give the figure some life, added some blood and scrapes, then repainted both of the ripped shirts, which came from a Jakks BD Goku and the other from the BD SSGoku bootleg I already mentioned. That bootleg really came in handy! I like this upgrade.

Modifications: Along with the Survival Gohan I already made, Wilderness Gohan is also a worthy form/character to make. Thanks to Branjita for the idea last year. To start, I carved off the battle damaged rips of the Goku's shirt and smoothed it out. I added apoxie to the arms to cover the muscle definition and smoothed that out too. The legs stayed as is and the belt just needed some refining to remove more BD effects. On the head, I cut out a mouth instead of the smile that was there. Now he looks half excited/half shocked, which is still fitting. I think it matches the scene when Gohan finds the two apples on the high cliff.   I repainted the figure from head to toe after that. I really like the results. The only issue? His height. I did not compare him to my Survival Gohan before I painted and he's a tad bit taller, which is not right. So that's a bummer. I will most likely take a slither (1/6 inch) out of the legs and have to reattach them. But still, the final look will be no different than this.









#463: Spacesuit Oolong (Frieza Saga)

Modifications: Weird custom to make, huh? I got the inspiration when I was thinking of a Chi Chi to make for the Frieza Saga. Since the Irwin one would match, that seemed like a good option, but I already have her in my Garlic Jr saga section. Then I remembered this; and thought "I will make the team."

Using the DWC Bulma, I had to cut out almost 2/3 of an inch in the legs and then add apoxie around the waist to make him chunkier. Then sculpt entirely new arms, which was tedious, but not too difficult. Painting him WAS tedious lol To finish him, I added some CC stickers on his sleeves. Overall, I like the final product. I didn't dedicate an enormous amount of time to him because he's so minor of a character, but the time I did spend was actually quite longer than I was hoping. He wasn't easy to create. Still, one more down.
