These seem to be sold in Europe and Australia. I have not heard of the brand Bizak before. Based on their website, they are located in Spain. What they have made are some 6 inch tall stretchy, elastic figures and called them Monster Flex or MonsterFlex.
There are 12 characters and they are: Goku, SS Goku, SSB Goku, Ultra Instinct Goku, SS Rose Goku Black, Jiren, Future Trunks, Piccolo, Vegeta, SS Vegeta, SSB Vegeta, and Golden Frieza.
