Does anyone have any experience with this vendor? It was my first pre-order with them. Here we are over a year and a half later and I still don't have the figure. Supposedly it delivered to me in February of 2021. I didn't think he even released until November of 2022. Are these guys scam artists?

They aren’t scam artists, they’re just extremely, extremely slow. They get their shipments of products last after everyone else. I don’t know how big their operation is but they just move their products at their own pace with the little manpower they have. I ordered SS4 Goku from them when it was brand new, waited month after month after month, sent several emails asking “what’s going on?” and they would give me the same general response “please be patient, we are working on it.” Eventually it arrived, but after that I made sure I would never use them again.
I believe they’re a company stationed in Spain. I’m sure if you live local then their customer service is a much better experience. But personally, I order thousands of items from Japan that arrive within a couple of weeks after purchase whereas Global Freaks took several months. So that’s just my opinion.

Hi, I never got any issues with them. Did you pre ordered the first release or second release? If it’s the second one, my guess is that they didn’t arrive in their warehouse yet.
As crisis mentioned, they are super slow and takes like 3 or 4 months after the official release date to arrive in their warehouse.
