I have never been a huge fan of colored flesh-tone plastic molds. Since this is my first time customizing figures, I tried it on the Goku Evolve figure, and I think it turned out pretty well! I can't wait to start customizing my Star series collection!  |

That's awesome! It's surprising to me, but I still haven't seen any people paint the extra details onto Evolve figures yet. I definitely haven't seen someone repaint the skin!

First time I've airbrushed a figure, and I found a great article on how to reduce joint rub and paint wear! Really love the late 80s and 90s hand-drawn animation style of Dragon Ball/Z/GT/OVAs, so I went over all the detail with a Gundam pen. I like leaving in some of the minor mistakes left by the pen cuz it gives it that unperfected look of 90s animation!   |
