To me, this is one of the greatest Figuarts figures to be announced in a very long time. However, since I don't collect this line very much, I'm hesitant to buy it.
Has anyone seen a video or photo where he is standing directly next to another regular size Figuarts figure (like Goku)? I've read that he is something like 17 or 18 cm tall, but that seems a lot smaller than he looked in prototype form at toy shows.

The Figuarts one on the left looks so much better than DF's Ginyu. It's like comparing Figuarts to Dragon Stars.

I'd say the DF one looks substantially better than a DS would, but yes, the SHF is much better.

Ordered one a few days ago and I can't wait to get him.
The structure and appearance of this figure are SPOT ON. Unlike DF which has many off features but would be perfect to make a King Cold for example.
Captain Ginyu is one of my favourites of Frieza's henchmen. I like the whole Ginyu Force actually.
