I have listed an item for a Vegeta figure on ebay today and it has already sold just a few hours ago. However this is my first sale on ebay and I am having trouble with the payment. The ebay page says that the buyer sent the payment via paypal, but it says the item hasn't been paid for. This got me confused and I logged in to my paypal account and went to activity, and I don't have any receipts or any trace of a payment. Can anyone help?! I am not sure if I have to wait, or this is normal, or whether the seller hasn't made the payment.

If you're brand new to ebay, you might have a delay on receiving payments via paypal. My wife made an account several months ago, and I remember we had to wait for about a week for the buyer's payment to clear. You might thoroughly check your emails for "ebay" and "paypal" senders and see if you have something about this. Ebay has phone support for buyers/sellers and doesn't have email support, so you can try calling them. 866-540-3229
