I think they’re working backwards from the Broly movie. We now have a full set of major characters from that and we’re now getting some from Super itself. I could see them branching out to Z later if these sell well enough. I would expect Goku Black at the very least before then though.

I am still very disappointed with the hand situation. It is what it is I guess. These are primarily supposed to be cheap alternatives to Dragon Stars, presumably for children (odd, as I actually much prefer the look and feel of these to Dragon Stars). I'd very much like swappable hands for these, but it probably isn't feasible. Can you swap the hands between figures? I'm not 100% satisfied with having to have my Goku in a kamehameha pose constantly just because of the 1 set of hands he was given. Even just a pair of fists would be immensely better. Still, demanding more from a £10 figure feels somewhat greedy. |

If you really want different hands, just buy several of the silver haired UI Goku figures and take his fists. That's what ssj2dakota has been doing, because he doesn't like the open hands. I do wish they all came with fists and open hands, but if you buy doubles, you can get those. The hands pull right out. Also, I'm so thankful that the sculptor of these figures is fantastic. Dragon Stars can't compete with the style of this sculptor. Truly, the sculpt of Trunks is flawless looking to me.   Dragon Stars has some really great figures like Cooler form 5 and LSS Broly, but Evolve hasn't had one ugly figure yet, just a DBS SS Broly that was waaaaay too small and a SSB Vegeta that is a bit tall. |

Just got Wave 3 in, man, I gotta say
they really hit it out of the park, Goku is probably the biggest bummer being that he's just the last figure but with black hair (though, it's not like it needs to really be anything more)
Gogeta really does have a stubby neck, not too bad if you pose it right, but just standing it really does look short
Trunks is for sure the best one, though the shoulder joints on mine are a bit tight, yet the biceps are loose, so that's got me a tad worried.
Overall though? I'd say it's the best wave so far

Gogeta will be perfect to go with Dragon Stars Broly. Might pick up Trunks to display him against Figuarts Merger Zamasu with the corrupted parts.

I love to see them do a Chi Chi, Bulma, or Roshi. I think they'd for great with SHF scale wise.

So... it's February 2022 now, and it's been around 6 months since DB Evolve series 3 came out. The pandemic is still going on, and most Bandai America DB stuff (Dragon Stars) seems to be releasing at a slower rate due to it (or that just be my perspective from being so bored at home). Will we have to wait until August 2022 to see series 4 of Evolve or will we see them sooner? We didn't get a villain in series 3, and it's hard to imagine that they haven't released a SS Rose Goku Black yet. It's also hard to believe that they haven't released Kefla due to her high popularity in video games and how much people want her. She was the top choice in our worldwide poll last year, FYI. We have a new DBS movie coming out in 2022 in Japan the seems to star Piccolo, Gohan, and Pan. Will we see Evolve figures specific to that movie? Will we see movie-themed ones INSTEAD of regular character releases? My guess would be that we see ones specific to this movie... but hopefully in ADDITION to 3 other new characters. I am hoping for an Evolve Piccolo, adult Gohan in purple gi, and I guess the dumb looking androids. If they make Goku and Vegeta, I hope they are non-Super Saiyans. It would be ideal if they make Pan, but they need to make her the proper size and include something/someone else small with her like Dr. Hedo. I really hope the Evolve line expands, but I'm not sure if it will or not.  |

I hope we get a new wave soon, these are some of the best figs at the $10 let alone the best against most other lines in general. It's just a shame we've gotten so few, they're even slower to release than Shodo Neo was.

Yeah, I'm dying here (waiting for new Evolve figures to come out). There's no other DBZ/DBS products I want to buy... only these and the occasional Dragon Stars figure... and so having to wait a year for 3 new ones is painful.
