I think you might just need to be patient. The Amazon prices fluctuate often. Throw him in your cart and check your cart every few days for a few weeks and maybe he'll be back to $9.99.
In the US, Target has Jiren on their website. I think he's the only one they have on there for some reason.
There have been some good deals on loose ones on ebay the last few weeks, but with you being in New Zealand, I don't know how that would help you.

I know Walmarts here were clearing em out about a month and a half ago, so I'm not sure how well other places are/have been stocking em.

Branjita I have a US forwarding address in case I come across deals in the states. Luckily though it seems EB Games here is selling them online, so I can at least get them here too. As for future wave figures, I can see them doing a Wrath Broly and Blue Gogeta with maybe SSJ repaints for both for easy reuse.

A lot indeed. There's a lot of uppurtunity for mould reuse, so plenty of chances for multiple variations to be released.
Could be coincidence but they seem to be working on a per arc basis for each wave's theme. First was Broly and now the current wave is the Tournament of Power. My hypothesis is the next wave will either be more ToP characters or be Goku Black themed, so if they are gonna keep it to mainly three characters per wave, here are the options:
Goku Black - SSJ Rose
Zamasu
Merged Zamasu
Vegetto
Future Trunks
Kefla
Ultra Instinct Goku - Omen
Jiren
Hit
They've also kept the main three per wave to core essential characters, so that might be another indicator. Personally I'm hoping they jump back to some Goku Black stuff just to add a bit of mix up before doing more ToP stuff.

I'd still like them to complete the Broly movie honestly. Need SSG Vegeta (a repaint of SSB), SSG Goku (a new head for SSB body), SSB Gogeta, Paragus, and a base-form Broly.
Unless the leaked image is a fake one, the Wrath form of Broly with yellow eyes will be in the future Dragon Stars wave 19. Unless he's the same size as the SS Broly they already made, he should scale reasonably well with Evolve. (He needs to be smaller than the SS one they already made in the Dragon Stars line.)

I like it myself, though (and I think might've mentioned it way earlier in the thread at some point)
but the glue on the waist piece is a bit weak and the top of the hips don't quite have the greatest clearance, which lead to the waist part snapping at the seam, fortunately since it was at the seam I just glued it back together, but it's something to be wary of

I think it's great. It's a $10 figure, and it's just about as good as a Figuarts one for 1/10th the price.
