A while back I was looking for Sypro games on PS1, but realized the 3 pack was like $60+ even used, so I kinda forgot about it for a while. Then I saw this in the pawn shop and ol' dude only wanted $5 for it. Kinda lucky since he said he doesn't even buy PS1 games from people anymore, but someone just happened to have a bunch to sell. I also didn't realize my PS3 will play PS1 games, so I don't have to dig out my PS2, lol.

A few catches...I have to thank cracker again for helping me get an Armored Black Ranger figure for a good price. so excited to have it but that's the only pic I took. This next catch is a bit more important than the rangers...after seeing the World of Nintendo Bowser in a post ToadKart made I had to pick one up. Promising...until I got it out of the box. The paint apps were very disappointing, especially for a figure this large. I'd list all the issues but it's easier to say it should have been better. The shoulders and legs are both on ball joints but are limited since they were placed so deep into the torso and it looks like it would have been very easy to make it happen but the head isn't articulated. I guess I've been spoiled by all my Figuarts and Figma figures. I can overlook the articulation flaws for the same reasons I ignored the issues on the Figuarts Mario, this is a strange design to work with. I don't really feel I got my money's worth after paying $40 for it (even though it's now selling for $50)...and yet...I'm satisfied with it. It isn't perfect but it looks great and has a very nice size. That alone makes me happy with my purchase. I was worried it wouldn't be much larger than the Figuarts Mario...fortunately that's hardly an issue. As I said in the other thread...perfect. Here are two more pics with a Figuarts Goku and a Figma Link to show how big it is. I'm very happy with how it compares to the Figma Link, I feel it's exactly where it needs to be. A few more pics... Good, not great...but I'm satisfied with it. Here's an update of one of the pics, I didn't notice Mario's hat wasn't in frame and I edited Bowser's eye to make the pic look more natural.

Sad to hear about it's problems, but at least it's not too bad. And until when/if a figma or SH Figuarts version is made, it's likely the best/only big articulated Bowser available.

Wow, that Bowser looks great with SHF Mario and Figma Link imo.

timone317, very cool armoured Ranger collection! I'm still on the fence about those 6" World of Nintendo figures. I wish they could have been 7". Bowser and DK look a little smaller than they should next to the World of Nintendo (and SHF) Mario in my opinion. Though I can't deny, it's awesome just to have a semi-posable Bowser to throw on the Shelf. Now I just need to get SHF Mario sometime...

Would have been nice but the size is acceptable for me. I think there's a very low chance Bandai will make a Figuarts Bowser and compared to every other Bowser available this one seems to be the best even with the low articulation. It doesn't really add to my Smash Bros. collection but it works just fine for a Super Mario 64 collection.

I'm so happy to have this catch of the day. Two "like new" pairs of Robert Wayne dress shoes from the year 2008. 7 year old shoes in my size, to replace my similarly aged worn out pair I go country dancing in. This is probably my catch of the year. If you think figures are rare, try finding somebody selling seven year old, barely worn shoes in your exact size, of a VERY specific style. I mean, we aren't talking Converse sneakers or Nikes or something where they make hundreds of thousands of shoes of the exact same design. We certainly aren't talking about collectibles either. We're talkin' dress shoes, things that people don't give a crap about generally, made by a pretty small company that doesn't even have a decent website or even own robertwayne.com (which is some unaffiliated shoe store oddly enough). It's about like finding seven year old Ziploc bags or something else people wouldn't collect. They are the same cut as my old ones. Same cut... amazing... so happy. The boots look like they have never been worn or only worn once. The gray shoes have some blackness on the inside from black socks rubbing color onto the orange leather. Maybe you can't tell in pics, but my old pair is beat to hell.

Country dancing bran ? I've heard it all now. For some reason I can just see u doing some funky line dance with a bunch of older women and them being all over u lol. It is crazy to think u found these pairs of shoes given what u said about them there not really my speed but the grey suede ones with the lines on the front look like something I might wear. Also for some reason I keep seeing u in a pair of these shoes with a gigantic cowboy hat and an enormous belt buckle

Nah I don't line dance unless the wobble counts. I only dance one on one with girls, a.k.a. two stepping. I do it practically every week, usually twice a week.
