Hi guys. I'm a long-time modeller who only recently got bitten by the dragonball figure collecting bug LOL. I would like some feedback from our more experienced members if the following websites are reliable for selling authentic dragonball figures:
Ninoma
Nippon-yasan
Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the info. There seems to be no feedback for Ninoma.com and the single negative feedback for Nippon-Yasan is due to a damaged part rather than authenticity of the product. It is of course a valid feedback, but my primary concern is more on finding a japanese site with authetic figures and preferably includes DHL or UPS in their shipping options. My default japanese site for models is Hobbylink but they seem to be short-stocked on the dragon ball figures that I want to purchase. By the way, dear Mods, if I posted this in the wrong portion of the forum, please feel free to move it. Many thanks.

Hi there would you be interested in the 2008 Tokyo Toy Festival King Cold from Banpresto? Hi, I'm actually interested in getting the cheaper Grandista Vegeta as a sort of test purchase; if the transaction turns out smoothly, I'll get either the SMSP Vegeta or the X Plus Vegeta Big Bang Attack Version. Our post office here in the Philippines is so unreliable so I prefer using DHL or UPS (the cost is a bit higher than EMS, but still reasonable since we're pretty close to Japan) Nippon-Yasan offers UPS so I would like to give it a try but first I need some feedback if their stuff is legit. Thanks.

Nippon Yasan only sell legit figures, so you can be cool about that. If you ever feel insecure about authenticity of bandai's product, check the Toei sticker. If you pull it off carefully and see a watermark behind, then it's legit. There're some fake products that come with no sticker or fake stickers, but the fake ones don't have the watermark behind. You can see below how the legit stickers backside look like:

Thanks for the feedback, Branjita, it was most helpful. Thanks, I'm pretty satisfied with their services and will drop by the reviews topic to give them some credit.

I think I can immediately put it to good use since I recently got a figuarts ex trunks that has the sticker placed beside the "bandai collectors shop" logo instead of being above it like what I usually see in unboxings. Now I just have to muster the courage to peel off the sticker from an otherwise prestine box LOL

Let me know when you find out!

Thanks again, gokubr, I took the plunge and partially peeled off the sticker, and all my insecurities about the figure disappeared Now I have confidence in my local hobby shop where I bought the figure from
