The website is in Chinese and the translation isn't very good, so I don't know what this brand or line is called, but it does say that it is one of only 100 made. It comes in a white box without a window on it, and it looks almost identical to the larger orange boxed Ichiban Kuji Shenron. I would actually say the quality of the figure looks better than the larger Ichiban Kuji figure based on this picture.
