One thing i do not understand about the newer black series waves is that why on earth dose Rogue one wave 7,8 and 10 all have Jyn and captain cassian andor. These figures are peg warmers already. Why dose hasbro keep re-releasing them in each new wave if these two are poor sellers already?! Why can't they just do that with the at-at driver and snowtrooper since those are impossible to find or at least re-lease different characters in the waves. Everywhere i got there are fully Stocked with Jyns and Captain Andors, its annoying that they are going to release them again in wave 10, i feel they are kinda wasting spots in the other waves

I dunno, you would think if they were going to include a figure in multiple waves, it would be army building stuff, like Stormtroopers or what have you.

TBF, with what little I know about the industry, a lot of waves are locked in months, if not a full year, ahead of release. I can't speak to this specific instance (I have yet to see Rogue One) but I remember when the original Avengers film came out, every single Captain America figure was off model (because they were based on early concept art) until about 6 months after the film when a replacement 4 inch figure came out, and they had to have been aware of the changes to his costume well before the film's release. So if a figure isn't selling, and the next wave's already locked in, there's not much a toy company can do about it. I also think this might be them over compensating for the Rey-gate last year, at least as far as Jyn goes.
Not saying that it wasn't a dumb choice in the first place, though. No toy company seems to be immune to some truly head scratching decisions, and this does sound rather dumb. That said, for every silly decision Hasbro makes, I can match you with a nonsensical decision from Mattel that's far, far worse. One word: Parallax.

I can sometimes understand a figure getting a second chance, but Jyn and Andor got re-leased in 3 different waves, which kinda seems crazy because of how they are not army builders or didn't do too well the first time around. In one gameStop they had Jyn on clarence already for 10.99. Toys r us in my area was already over flowing, another wave with More Jyns and Andors, They will probabbly be sitting there till next December. I am afraid that with stores over stocked with these we won't get to see wave 9 in and that it will be skipped.
