I don't believe I've seen those before, but that's probably because I wasn't looking for them. They just look like they are exactly Deformation size and likely the same series. The cards are just Photoshopped into the pictures, so their size doesn't mean anything. I would imagine kid Trunks and kid Goten are Real Works scale. Slightly small for 5 inch scale.

They may be extremely new. Ive only recently seen them popping up on ebay singapore. They all just use these stock photos though.
