So about a couple months ago i Pre-ordered the Star wars black series wave 5 for around 125 bucks. After a wile i wondered why it has not shipped, later i asked dorksidetoys about my order this weekend, they provided me a tracking number and said my order was shipped sure enough it said it was delivered to the front porch...but i never did get the package even thought the tracking showed it was delivered. :/ this is the first time it has ever happened to me and the most valuable amount of merchandise i ever had lost/missing. It included a captain phasma,Jango fett, Force awakens Han Solo, Two flame troopers. I was very exited about this pre order. Its a big mystery what happened to the package, this has me very bummed :/ 125 lost. Wish there was something i could do. Its a terrible feeling waiting for something only to find out something like this had happened

Did you try inquiring with the post office? Yea, i contracted them this morning, what they told me was pretty alarming, They told me that there has been reports of people following the mail trucks and waiting till they leave then raiding the front and mailbox for packages, paychecks etc. I even contacted the andews police department and tried to file a police report. Its very sad that people just go around and steal packages without even knowing whats inside. I never thought that sort of thing would happen to me. The majority of things i buy are online and never really ran into that sort of problem. Lukily Dorksidetoys was able to understand my predicament and they let me know they were sending me another case, with signature confirmation this time. I feel very relived. But also afraid of not being home when ordering in the future |

Yeah, signature confirmation is usually the best thing you should make sure to be able to ask for.
Glad you're still able to get your stuff. Definitely +1 them in the feedback thread if you haven't already.

This almost happened to me. Tracking said I received my package so I kinda freaked out but later that night my neighbor came by and told us they had left my package on their porch. Yep, that happened to me once with SHF Krillin. Was going to ask my neighbor if they had received something and I luckily managed to see it before I knocked at the front of their door. Almost stepped on it. |

Glad you got it back. I lost about $290 like this for a dbz package but with a twist. The package was left unclaimed(i think) and was sent back to Japan and somewhere in the middle it was not traceable so I lost everything. No refund nothing!  |
