I received my package today and it was not the item that I ordered. I need to return this and get the items that I ordered and paid for. Thank. John 580-919-7052
This is what I received today. I know that I shipped the correct item very well since I had to build myself a own shipping case since I went out of shipping box. And received this. I know Amazon usually sides with the buyers so this scammer seems tl be overuse their tendency to get the item for free by returning totally random and useless crap that I nevet sent. This happening totally makes me unhappy and makes me a jerk wasted time on shipping my time and my item. Any suggestion for me what to do next?

Not sure if I can help but one thing I'd ask is; what did arrive as you were sure you sent the right item out. I'm not sure of what else to do sorry

Not much you can do. One thing is to check their buyer/seller feedback on reference sites. What happened to me was on eBay but, same context.
Example: I had 2 bad buyers on eBay before. I googled the names, eBay feedback, and it was forum after feedback site on that person. Apparently he used 5 accounts back then to get one over on sellers.
Best to only accept payment through an invoice if it's possible. That way you have time to research what you're getting into. That's if it's an expensive item or something seems off about the buyer.
