Release date confirmed as 19th March via Tamashii - tamashii.jp/item_schedule/201603/Also no new DB stuff coming with March pre-order (July release month) so August becomes our next available regular release date. (October for web exclusives). |

The writing on it is why I assumed it was some sort of pre-production sample. I see stuff like that on prototypes and artist's proofs a lot.
