is it just me but i really dislike that box. it doesnt really feel as much like something collectable more like the move collection figures. maybe thats just me but not a fan of this one

I never really liked the original boxes so this one is a refreshing new take on it. Not as bland. At the end of the day I don't really care about the boxes though. It's what's on the inside that matters  |

That's true but it could be the start of the "next generation" Figuarts they'll be showing off at the event. New boxes are only the beginning!

haha i know sadly, but i really did not see them changing it so it took me extreme surprise, i guess this box just kinda reminds me also of the mario and luigi figures they have with the open fronts.

Who cares about the box anyways? Aren't we all just gonna throw it in the closet after we finish posing our figures? JK, but maybe they decided to change it because they ran out of colors to use for the boxes, or maybe we'll see more battle damaged figures come in these boxes  . |

Oh man you showed the box!!!! I wanted to keep it a mystery until I went to grab it at barnes and noble but oh well. Anyways, since Im not a box collector I dont really care but I do like this box too, maybe they changed the box because this is their best release.

People ober here trippin' on the box amd im over here trippin' on that "out of da box" review.
So in the review his pants were a darker red-orange, and in the pic with the box, looks just like the pics... so which color is actually releasing?

If I were a betting man, I'd say the colors are gonna be the lighter orange. No way they would give us an anime accurate version of this. On top of that his boots are accurate to the manga too. They'll be saving the anime one for an SDCC version some day...those bastards  |

prodigy1367 that's a relief. I was really getting worried. I think that lighter orange suits the figure perfectly. The red orange kinda throws me off on that figure in particular

a random question, do you guys think this will decrease the current value of figures with old boxes if they adopt this new look or cause them to rise? Same goes for the new box, do you think this will cause prices to stay lower then previously released figures? I know some people are OOB collectors and i do not look down by any means but i really am someone who just collects them in their boxes and wanted some input from others  |
