Hey guys. ive recently heard about some naruto figure that is super rare. like hella rare. like sdcc goku WISHES. There were 2 made or something and given out at raffles at SDCC and Wondercon or something like that in 2006.
Do any of you guys know anything about it?

this is the common SDCC variant but there is that other 1 out there (well 2 seeing as the wondercon one exists too)
