Is there a difference in figure quality when you compare Japanese releases and International releases?
I've gotten SCultures from International releases, and they seem sub par compared to the Japanese ones. They're not fakes, they just seem lesser quality.
The SCultures 4 Trunks that I got for my husband is an international release (silver sticker), and he has a big paint glob on his sword that's not even the same color as the blade. I just received the Bulma from SCultures 4 and she's got some scuffs on her pants and a stain on her white shirt.
My Japanese release SCultures are practically pristine and don't have these types of imperfections.
Does anyone know if they release sub-par quality ones through international releases, or is this simply a fluke?

I thought the silver stickers meant that the figure is the HK(chinese) version?

Probably more likely a fluke.
I had the HK(Asia) and Japan version of Perfect Cell. The Japan version had some massive imperfections to it.
