nope, its official but not a statue, its a Garage kit made of Resin " Resin-based Model Kit Statue series Release date: 2010 A more recent release in 2010 came in the form of a resin-based statue which portrays Omega Shenron powerfully dominating the ground with a vicious glare. One fist is in a tight grip while the other hand is open, apparently challenging his opponent. The highly detailed statue comes in a paint job reminiscent of an airbrush technique. Other than the ground being mostly rubble underneath, there is great impression on Omega’s every muscle, biceps, and abdomen. His deadly spiked shards are designed to dangerously sharp perfection and the demonic stare on his face is modeled with an extreme amount of detail. Most statues are unofficial/unlicensed unless they were sold as model kits (the Japanese call them garage kits) for people to build and paint. Example legit model brands are B-Club and Kaiyodo. They were usually made of vinyl or resin... I can't remember... but they were hollow. A company named SOL reproduced a lot of the models but they were possibly not licensed. I still own a few made by SOL. Elot is our model expert and for some reason he has not joined DBF...

" dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Omega_Shenron_%28Collectibles%29I originally thought that too but then I looked at the images and the sculpt of the statue this description is referring to is different than the sculpt of the statue I'm asking about. The pose is the same, the sculpts are different.
