Hey there,

Looking for figures of teen Goku, how he appeared at the 23rd Tenkaichi at the end of the original DB series. This would be the grown-up Goku, with the orange ki, black undershirt, blue wristbands, etc. I know there's the SoH figure, and I have the Banpresto Sofubi set with Piccolo from that fight, but what else? The darker undershirt and youthful sculpt are musts!

Anything bigger than a gashapon?

Umm not sure if those count to what you're asking, since some of those figures either feature Goku without the undershirt on or either BD.
I like Goku in that arc as well, I have a few figures based on 23rd Budokai Goku in his orange gi at least, HG, SCultures, Unifive Posing Figure, Megahouse secne when he fight Piccolo, and the one from the DVD Box set. Other pieces that exist would include; big Unifive diorama of Goku fighting Piccolo, at least couple MFS, Popy Anime Heroes, Bandai Imagination diorama, Kaiyodo model kit.
There should be several more pieces that are based on Goku in that arc, it's not that uncommon.
